Terrible Terrible place to eat do not order or even pick up food here my whole order was a disaster from soggy Philly cheese steak told cold and over oiled fries , customer service was completely fos they said they couldn’t contact restaurant for a refund but assured me the restaurant said my sandwich wasn’t soggy which it was, and disgusting

Worst food I ever had I asked for medium rare burger and it was so well done it was burnt on the outside but he said he did it the right way french fries are cold. Never again Meriden Pizza Express you are the worst pizza place I ever seen I I've eaten a lot of pizza places up here since I've lived here they're all bad he said he made my burger medium rare it was well done and burnt on the outside I will never eat there again.

I order from their menu and it should have been 24.95 but the young guy charged me each item separately instead of a family deal and then refused to give me a refund. He said the menu was old. I filed a complaint against them with Better Business Bureau

I order a cheese pizza, they told me it was ready in 5minutes. I went to pick it up and I got an old and cold pizza that I had to throw out because they wouldn’t answer their phone so I can get a new one or a refund. If you didn’t have the time to make a new pizza, then you could have said you didn’t have any rather than giving me an old cold bad pizza. Do not recommend this place very unprofessional.
They delivered the wrong order I called back the guy argued with me and hung on me, I called back and the owner told me sorry we take of you next time. I ordered yesterday and told the man that the owner said he would make it right, the guy on the phone said he could respect the fact that it happened to weeks ago and would not honor it. My family and I have been a customer for over 25 years, but I will never order from them again.
