Two visits in a row… 1st visit… roast beef sandwich turned out to be turkey. 2nd visit prepared chicken Cesar salad tastes bad but I’m starving.. so I eat it… I’ll update in the morning but I feel icky now… no more Nardelli’s for us!
Lost 1 star just cuz of the price of everything. Not wallet friendly but soooo good!!!

The eggplant grinder I got was inedible. The bread felt stale There was hardly any sauce and when I called and asked if there was cheese on the eggplant Parmesan they said the cheese is baked into the eggplant. I took one bite and spit it out. Then my brother ordered the stuffed Banana PepperS. He got one Pepper for $5.99. It’s absolutely ridiculous what they charge for food that just sits in a fridge for days. I’m done with them. For good!!! I can’t continue ie to give these places chance after just to get low quality inedible food that just goes in the garbage.

They don’t care to get the sandwich right they rush it don’t listen to how you want it done and it made me sick, I asked for everything on it, does not mean I want bacon on it, I ask for toasted they don’t toast it , etc this is my last time coming, the drive through is worst they make you hold a card reader that does not read your card right away making you wait longer poor quality control here, the buffalo chicken salty not great taste and the chicken sometimes rubbery

We're traveling through CT on our way home and stopped into the Meriden location for a late lunch. We were warmly greeted by both front of house guys, got a fun bell ring and a "Gratzie!" for our 20% tip. Our veggie sandwich was delicious, great bread, and the perfect amount of dressing. Our chicken caesar was fresh and tasty. Used the bathroom before we left and it was very clean and smelled nice! If we were local we'd be there all the time.
Wow! We’re from out of town and were shocked that we found a place that had plant based cold cuts! We were just going to get a salad because we figured A sandwich shop always make a good salad, but then we saw the menu And we’re excited to try the regular plant sub and the chicken cutlet one. And they weren’t just passable like a lot of veggie stuff. They were amazing. Also, the chop salad was awesome! You guys have a good around here with a sub shop like this!

After trying many CT grinders, this Italian combo (with hot peppers!) is by far my favorite. The meats are piled high, their special veg mix is flavorful and crisp, the bread’s pillowy. Perfection.
