Very disgusting full of oil food tasted old the rice and chicken had a dark color to it like if it was burned it was also soggy like if it was re cooked I paid 40 bucks for crappie food I won't recommend it to anyone and I won't ever go there again I'll give it .5 out of 10 they had no consideration for the amount I was spending!

Panda House has been a long standing local Chinese restaurant. Unfortunately since the Covid pandemic there is no longer in house seating or dining. The quality of the food over the years has sadly declined. Fast service, almost to fast....but in a bind for time and hungry it is still better than a few other local Chinese restaurants & probably the fastest to fill order, short wait.Parking: Plenty of parking available curbside as well as lot on the side with lot behind the building.

You know it's absolutely insane when you stand at the front door for over 15 minutes knocking on the window trying to see if somebody will take your order then you walk all the way out to your car to call them to make an order You're rudely spoken to on the phone so you asked them to meet you at the front so you can place an order and not only does she look at you like you're insane for asking to see how much something was to make sure you had a total All I wanted was an egg drop wonton soup small with an egg roll and she could not compute insane Good food but s***** service disgusting.

Ordered orange chicken take out and it wasn’t great. The chicken was really tough and the sauce was like glue with no flavor. I’m no Chinese food connoisseur but I know what orange chicken is supposed to taste like and this wasn’t it. I don’t think I’ll be visiting here again

First time trying here. The food was not good and crazy expensive! The sweet and sour chicken tasted weird and it looks like the chicken is undercooked ? We got 1 tiny container of sweet and sour sauce (which we would also use for the crab Rangoon, which was underfilled and overcooked) and it was like jello and tastes like nothing. Beef sticks tasted ok but SUPER thin and for $8+ for 4, it's not ok. Moo shu chicken tasted like nothing but garlic. $80 and our first and last time eating here!

Found this place that was near Ting Ho after arriving at Ting Ho at 9:31, only to find that it was closed at 9:30, not 10pm as indicated by Yelp. Called them to place an order, lady on the phone made sure I have the correct Panda House as there are multiple Panda Houses in the area. She kept telling me that it is in South Meriden, but GPS doesn't register a South Meriden. But managed to find the place. Fried chicken wings were tasty, maybe too tasty because they were very salty, for my taste. Kung Pao Chicken was good with the exception of the staled peanuts, which almost destroyed the entire dish. I had to pick out each out and tossed them out.

Ordered my food for pickup, quick and easy call. Said 10 minutes, was there in 11, food was ready and was delicious. Their pork fried rice is actually quite flavorful. Highly recommend extra spicy general Soz.

Don't. Just don't. Half of your food will be the worst Chinese you've ever had, and the other half will be... Decent. The good: ok dumplings, ok noodles, damn fine donut. The bad: general tso, pepper steak. This was our order. I got general tso shrimp and the shrimp smelled like and tasted like an aquarium, the breading was off, the oil tasted like black pepper, there were flakes of what looked like the bottom of a fryer and when I had one shrimp, I doubted myself that it could be that bad, but the second and half of a third convinced me to trash it. The pepper steak was chewy and something was off about that too. The noodles were oily but ok, the dumplings were flavorless the sauce being the saving grace, and the egg rolls were fried extra to make sure they were dead. The donuts make me feel bad about this review, but some restaurants aren't made to last I guess. Look at the times of the good reviews and then see that everything negative is recent. Sorry to the owner of this establishment but you need to make all of your dishes and taste them or hire someone with a pallette to check that y'all are making them right. I'll edit this if I end up praying to the porcelain gods.

First time *attempting* to order from here and once I give my address, which is not even 5 minutes away from them, she says they don't deliver here. I asked why and she says they only deliver to South Meriden.This is a very silly way to lose customers.

First time ordering from here and I thought it was great! The food was hot when delivered and the delivery driver was very friendly. I will be ordering from here again. My spare ribs were super tender an flavorful and my rice as well! Loved the egg rolls
