Maybe it's just me but I miss how the pretzels used to be years and years ago when the mall was still alive. Now I feel like they're so greasy and the cheese is different. I'm autistic so I was extremely mad when they changed the cheese sauce years ago. It's never been the same for me since. Just kept being disappointed. The people that work are always super nice and friendly and I kind of like that the mall is quiet now and the kids can kind of just run around...
Love the pretzels, hate the staff. The kiosk on the Best Buy end has some of the rudest and grouchiest employees in the Mall. They don't know how to talk to customers, they act hostile and have huge attitudes. Skip the pretzel- not worth the wait, the unpleasant transaction, or the money they charge (OVERPRICED).
