I tried this place on a whim and am very glad I did. The food was reasonably priced and you get great portions. Everything from the rice and guisado, to the steak empanadas, pinchos de pollo, and the alcapuria were absolutely fantastic. I will definitely go back for more. And not mention the people there were very personable as well. I highly recommend it.

My granddaughter and I tried this establishment last week. We ordered $40.00 worth of food: empanadas, chicken and rice, carne guisada and a "Pastelon", and gave them a tip! We did not bother to check the bag as it was takeout. Upon arrival home we checked the food items and noted that the pastelon was missing. I immediately called the establishment and explained the error and was rudely told, "Well what do You want me to do about it", Instead of telling us to come by and they would prepare what was missing. I informed them that they had just lost a customer!!!

No, just no. Service was very good and friendly, but the food...it was just no. Temperature of the food was much cooler than it should be and the flavor was definitely lacking. Maybe it was just an off day for them or it was too late in the day for them to care much, but still, I was disappointed.
