I wanted to like this place. My wife and I ordered wings. They took over a half hour to be prepared. There was only one guy working there, so that wasn't his fault. At first they seemed tasty. But on the second wing something tasted....off. I moved on to another one, thinking it was just me, but then my wife said the exact same thing about her chicken. We opted to throw them away despite spending $36 for 12 wings. Won't be returning.

This place is fire?, prices great too. Ate here 3 times food seasoned right, an got great service even when ordering over the phone. They need a location outside of the mall. Meriden needs more variety(something other then just spanish food) Hopefully quality an price stay the same. It’s difficult findin good food in Meriden. So I’m glad they are here.

I think the pictures speak for themselves, but let me tell you the FLAVOR!!!! PERFECT! if you’re in the Meriden Mall at the food court… forget the other spots Rooster’s Chicken&Waffles have exactly what you need and more! Not to mention they are very personable and attentive.
There was one lady helping customers, one lady who didn't speak English, and one man who couldn't seem to do anything right according to the first lady. I stood at the counter for a few minutes with employees walking around, one employee finally came over to take my order. She told me it would be about 10 minutes. After 15 minutes I went up to the counter to inquire about my order, I waited another few minutes. The other customers stated they had been waiting for over half an hour. Finally an employee came out and proceeded to go back out back to check on my over. She came out a few minutes later with my food. When I opened the container it was the wrong side. So I brought it up. It took a few minutes for the employee to end her phone call and see what the problem was. She snapped and said they ran out of the side I wanted. Then proceeded to hand me a different Togo box that has been sitting on the counter for 15+ minutes already and said here just take this. The other customers informed me it was a door dash order that no one would pick up... So she's gave me another customers order. I ended up throwing it away after that. The male employee was loading the fridge with sodas and scratching his hair, ears, face, and proceeding to touch the products. He handed a customer a cup of ranch that he had spilled all over the cup and his hands. Didn't even attempt to ask for a refund because of the nasty attitude. Every food order that came out while I was waiting was wrong. Would never recommend this place!

Mannnnnnnn they chicken the best better then my grandmas on thanksgiving I swear to god they food is to die for that chicken and waffles drives you wild food make you gonna come here every single day ? I know where imma get my food from when I’m on break at work?

I ordered my daughter chicken nuggets and grilled cheese but what I got was a pulled apart chicken patty and a tossed hamburger roll without cheese. extremely disappointed
