Food is good. Time to serve food was a 45” wait.Costumer service: the young waitress, when serving food needs to keep her hands away from her face. She shouldn’t be touching her face, hair or arms etc. It would be nice to wrap silverware in each individual dinner napkins, straight out of the dishwasher, so they remain clean, be kept from unnecessary handling.
