Could not order food, tried 3 times to get order correct with restaurant employee, got so frustrated I left with no food. Called and then spoke to Manger who did not fix anything. Very bad customer service. I will not go here again.

Stopped in after work to grab a couple things to eat before dinner. Ended up going with a beefy crunch burrito, and a chicken enchilada burrito. Both were pretty good. The rice was a little bit hard though.
The tacos and burritos were the worst I ever had from this brand. The meat had ZERO SEASONING, unripe tomato pieces, soggy lettuce, tasteless cheese SOUR sour cream and stale hard and soft shells - OTHERWISE KNOWN AS INEDIBLE ???!!!
Two items included rice and beans that was hard, coagulated and unseasoned.
Despite requesting "NO SAUCE" on a vegetarian burrito, my request was ignored. The sauce was so spicy, I could not eat more than 2 bites because my mouth burned so badly I couldn't swallow.
HOW IS THIS CHAIN STILL IN BUSINESS?
I keep trying different franchises throughout the country hoping to recapture the addicting taste of its original menu that I and my fellow law students (decades ago in California) ate frequently to sustain our studies and nightly to sustain our late hours...
You may see other negative reviews I wrote throughout the last few years from different franchises. We received some of the worst tasting fast food each time. AND EACH TIME WE VOWED NEVER TO TRY AGAIN.
We will seek rehab for trying to recover something from our youth by abstaining from Taco Bell one craving at a time ➕??.

Cleanest, nicest , tastiest Taco Bell I’ve been to in a while ! The moment i walked in, surprised with the cleanliness! All kiosks worked, and customer service was excellent, food was amazing!

The staff busy making food. So kiosk for ordering are used. Or you can order on the phone app.
ordered and someone else picked up my order (so they did not verify who picked up my order) called them asked them to remake or for a refund refused both so if you want free food take to go orders as they obviously don’t care! manager Julia was terrible 0/10
