Employees were very rude to myself and other customers, The kiosk may be convenient for some customers but older customers can get confused, when 1 of the elderly customer asked for assistance with ordering they were kept waiting for over 5 minutes.. eventually leaving.. LOST SALE!!!VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.I'll never go back.. food was lousy, shells crumbled in your hands..and you're charged for sauces when you add them to your kiosk order..
After a very bad experience in taco bell of west main Street, where the manager Kim deny me and my daughter to order food, i finished going to taco bell East Main Street where they are very friendly kind and nice the Manager there its very professional all the night crew are excellent

I take my daughters here pretty often as a treat, as my oldest loves Taco Bell. The staff here is always friendly, the restaurant is very clean and neat inside, and there's never a long wait.Today a nice gentleman who worked there even brought our food out to the table for us, very warm and happy disposition. I think I've had him in the drive through late at night before, too. Don't know who he is yet but this guy does a fantastic job! Makes the time here all that much more enjoyable!

Do not order from this place every time I go in there the food is never ready they don't know what they're doing they're so busy talking amongst each other that they don't even prepare the food and you're waiting for 15 minutes for an order that should have been ready before you got there!!!!! The staff completely sucks right to the manager. If you can never find them. Cuz they're busy in the back texting scrolling through the internet not making food while the other worker is out on the floor sitting having her breakfast slowly.

just went in there (new years eve) first off guy taking orders talked and talked but didnt listen to how you want your food. You explain 5 times and in the end its still wrong. Chalupas fell apart before even got them home from all the grease.. food was all cold (i live maybe 3 min drive from Taco Bell). only thing decent was the nacho fries.. $33 wasted...
Drive thru wait is crazy long. They take two cars orders every 5 minutes not sure if there are enough workers but I could of read a whole Harry Potter book before getting my food

I never received my cinnamon bite things. They were like 3 dollars for 2. I also had a broken cup, with a slit so as my freeze melted slowly started to leak out the cup. That drink was 4 dollars. The service was slow for there being no one inside and 2 cars in drive thru.
