I don’t know why they even hire people who doesn’t even know about the term customer service! They talk to you as if they are giving you free food! No respect towards customers!

This location takes the fast out of “fast food”
Absolutely working sloth speed and they werent busy upon placing order Manager was 1 of 2 working on the food line and she could seem to care less. Either hire people that actually work or pay your employees better

I don't understand how this store or should I say restaurant has 3.1 star most of you people are probably lying I've been here 6 days this week and the workers are totally unprofessional tonight I ordered Taco Bell and I'm busy with my kids because I forgot the food in the car so I went back outside and got my bag of food I was charged for 4 chicken strips and it wasn't even in the bag I called and complained like three times this week about different things and nothing got done about it the workers you can't even hear talk on the phone they sound like they got spit in their mouth and they're unprofessional then the guy told me on the phone I sound crazy leaving my food in the car like how professionals at then he puts me on hold the manager gets on the phone you can't even hear anything then they hang up on me

Closes hours before they’re supposed to be closed, they’re supposed to be open until 3am . But multiple times I’ve been there 40 min- hours before they close and they say they’re closed and will not take orders because they’re lazy and do not want to take orders.

Came here accidentally ordered two of same thing online and was told at the drive through speaker to ask for a refund online . I was fine with this once I got home I was not sure how to do this so I called back and asked. The girl on the phone told me “oh I don’t know we have nothing to do with the app “. So I asked why would you tell me to do it online if you had no idea how to do it ? I would have just grabbed the extra food so my money was not going to waste at least . She told me again I have nothing to do with the app . I asked to speak to a manager she told me “ Girl I am the manager “ and hung up the phone . It was giving I hate my job . If ya want horrible customer service please come here . This was at 7 pm maybe the day people like the job .

Order was wrong, told the guy at the window and some lady at the back came to the front with an attitude saying the cashier rung it up wrong so she made what he rung up. I also subbed beef for chicken and they still gave me beef. This is my second time here and both times the service sucked and the employees seemed miserable. Never again.

I visited this Taco Bell location to pick up an Uber order and waited approximately 20 minutes, only to be informed that the order had been taken by someone else. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the staff member’s response came across as dismissive and unprofessional. The restaurant was not busy at the time, so I believe the situation could have been handled with more courtesy and efficiency.

If I could give no stars I would. This is not a FAST food place. Please do not come here expecting regular FAST food service. I truly think I would have had a much quicker and better experience overall driving across town to the other Taco Bell than I did here. 10/10 would not recommend, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

Very rude lady in the late night shift tonight June 7, 2025. She has a very bad attitude dealing with the drivers talking with a very bad way and body language like a carbage, out of nothing. She has very bad attitude with Drivers. Dealing with DoorDash drivers by slavory way which is very frustrating. Message for her: we’re all working late night for income l, you should be nice with people who do nothing to you.

i came by the drive-through sunday dec -8 at 11:15am young lady at the window was taking my order when someone else older woman came on rude And snotty didn’t give me the right order this has it been the first time with west main st Taco Bell, very poor customer service always forgetting peoples orders
