Very rude lady in the late night shift tonight June 7, 2025. She has a very bad attitude dealing with the drivers talking with a very bad way and body language like a carbage, out of nothing. She has very bad attitude with Drivers. Dealing with DoorDash drivers by slavory way which is very frustrating. Message for her: we’re all working late night for income l, you should be nice with people who do nothing to you.

This Taco Bell needs to be shut down. Rude employees, food is gross, orders are never right, and or food is missing. Run away people. I was told by an old employee they reheat the food for days and told so do half the meat portions to save money. The health department needs to pay a surprise visit and the place should just close down.

I had the midnight munchies but went walking, I walked through the drive thru and asked if it was ok to order, they said yes but do it online. We did and waited for 20 min. I went to the drive thru window and no response, so I called, the manager answered and I asked if they had my order ready. She gave me attitude saying I wasn’t allowed to walk through the drive thru that I need a car. I told her that the worker said it was ok. The MANAGER TOLD ME that there was no other worker that it was only her and she said it was not allowed. I told her that they said it was ok tho. She proceeded on telling me that it wasn’t allowed and I shouldn’t have done it. I’m upset at the fact that I was sitting outside waiting for my order thinking it was being made but instead she decides not to tell me anything and on top of that give me attitude. It would be fine if they told me that it wasn’t allowed.. but why would they tell me that it’s ok for me to order when it wasn’t. Make it make sense.
