Order take out have been a LONG time cause of the last bad experience of the food made wrong So I thought give it another try but it was a mistake the food was over seasoned The tamales where disgusting the Green sauce had more salt then it need order order of small rice tasted like what ever red flavor they add over seasoned it even was sticking to the box it’s served in, Tacos where ok but Not Again all I taste is salt waste of time and money.

Best taco place I’ve found in central Connecticut, but the entire menu is also equally as amazing as the tacos! Always fast and friendly service, and you get a lot of food for your money. Have been coming here for years and will be a life long patron.

I'm not fond of leaving low star reviews unless it's a dealership Restaurants are a little different. We've been too many across the country, especially Mexican cuisine We drove by it one day and we made it our mission that next time we're in the area we would stop by. And so we finally have. There was four of us with four different meals. First and most important key feature of the meal is extremely DRY . Hard to swallow dry in a matter of fact. And that went for my daughter's carne asada my burrito. My son's kids meal and my wife's fajitas. The meals were missing key components as ingredients even though I specifically asked about my burrito if it included beans and guacamole or avocado. There was error on the check. The waitress had very hard time understanding.. we came in hungry and left disappointed, packed up rest of the food to give it to our dog. As I said, I want to leave behind would end up costing us $70. Only positive thing about the place was very fast service

I've been going to this place since they opened and loved it! Now, it seems to be very different. First, a 3 bite taco should never cost more then $2, I get inflation but come on there is no need to be greedy. Second, all tacos should come with onion and cilantro unless specified by the customer. The amount of times I've gotten home and had tomato, lettuce and cheese on them is ridiculous since I always say onions and cilantro ONLY. Obviously that is confusing for some people that work here. There are great Mexican resturaunts in the area, this one was our #1, now they are not on the leaderboard anymore

Meriden location has a bar now. Great. Nevertheless ordered 4 chicken tacos. Total was $38. I said WTH? She said I thought you said 4 nachos!? Anyways. Still got my order wrong gave me 4 steak tacos or whatever mystery meat that was. If you are not Spanish don’t go here.
