Took almost 20 mins for them to ever start cooking our burgers. Didn't start eating until a half hour after the order. Burger was decent. Milkshake was bad. Tasted like the milk was old.

I don't mind this place at all. It's another fast-food chain, but I feel like it's somewhat healthier/fresh ingredients than your standard McDonalds. The burgers are juicy and cooked medium. Onion rings, not too much flavor, but it's cooked with a nice crisp. The restaurant is decent in size and there's room if you want to eat there. The parking lot isn't huge, but there's enough for the establishment. Minimal interaction with the staff, but they were efficient, and the store itself seemed clean. I needed a burger fix, and this place helped.

Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing.The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there which added to the overall positive vibe . specially the way chicken blt feature s juicy chicken,crispy bacon and tomato on toasted bread for a perfect bite.pair it with thick creamy handmade milkshake,crafted with real ice cream for that classic taste.eagerly waiting for peach milkshake

I ordered a hamburger with mayo, regular fries with ranch dip, and regular rootbeer on GrubHub. Everything was perfect EXCEPT one thing: The ice that came in my soda has an over-bearing taste of chlorine, as in, the restaurant uses city water and it's super over-chlorinated. Probably not the restaurant's fault, but on the GrubHub app there's nowhere to write instructions to not put ice in your drink. I usually ask that when I can, because I don't like dribking $4 soda that tastes like pool water

I recently came here for my lunch break and I really like the food here especially the red velvet milkshake is just amazing. I also like the way the workers received the order, and they also explained their offers with me which helped in saving my money . I would like to thank the workers for being so humble and respectful.

came for a late lunch/early dinner. its right on the main road, easy to find plenty of parking and there is some outdoor seating which was nice on a sunny day. they Make a really good milkshake but Not at all a fan of the food. Virtually no seasoning on my food. visually the food LOOKED sloppy and they way they put the buns makes the burgers too easy to fall apart and slop all over the place. VERY greasy, cheap cheap napkins that fall apart. you have to double or triple stack them just to wipe your fingers from all the dripping grease. Half my burger was burnt and inedible. Will not come back. Initially very surprised when I came in and was the only customer, but now I understand why. The person at the counter barely looked in my direction while I ordered and actually pointed down at the card reader when the tip option came up. no thank you sir. I will not tip for picking up my own order from a "fast food" joint with poor service standards. Only reason this is 2 stars is because of the milkshake.

I recently visited wayback and I opted for the Wayback Classic Burger, and it did not disappoint. The burger was juicy and cooked to perfection, with a nice char on the outside while remaining tender inside. The beef patty was flavorful and well-seasoned, clearly made from high-quality ingredients.everything was fresh and looks clean. Highly recommended!!!
