So I went to Chen Square, Sunday night 1/28/24 for dinner and I had sashimi. In the middle of the night going into Monday morning I woke up with massive diarrhea and vomiting and I’ve been sick ever since. I reported it to them today and all they could do was say they’re sorry. Reported it to the health department today and will never eat there at work again!

We ordered takeout. My husband had General Tso (white meat). He couldn’t even eat it. It was tough and difficult to chew. I tried it and experienced the same. My sushi roll had little taste. Very surprising, as we’ve always had good food here.

I have ordered from here many times. Today when I opened the egg drop soup container, it had a long black hair in it. I doubt I will ever order from here again. Disgusting.
Whether you dine in or take out, in my experience the food is always good (although I think it is more pleasant to eat in). Last time I dined the food was piping hot and they gave us free fried noodles and sauce to start. The waitress also seemed very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend for sure!

Definitely an off night. When we arrived right on time for our reservation noticed it had been crossed off the list. Waitress joked about it as there were several open tables. Service was very poor. Here with 2 of our grandchildren. Their meals were delivered in a short amount of time. After 45 minutes had to ask if they were ever going t deliver adult meals. Obviously something was screwed up but after 10 more minutes finally got the rest of the meals. The food was okay but the whole night was not normal. Had to use both men’s and ladies rooms. Both were disgusting. Such a disappointment! Used to be such a great place.

The first time I tried this place I ordered generals chicken and it came out very good but ever since then it has been terrible. So I decided to start ordering sushi and most of the time I don’t have a problem but when they are busy the avocado is not even ready which ruins the entire roll. I was only able to eat the cucumber rolls that I ordered and the sweet potato ones are usually great but on two occasions they were absolutely terrible and I couldn’t even eat them. I wish this place would be more consistent I would love to order from them tonight but I’m afraid it’s gonna be a bad batch just because they’re busy. Wait is also usually pretty long. I dined in ones and the food was not good so I’m not sure if I will go back and try that in person but for the most part the sushi rolls come out OK. Consistency is key.
