Chipotle Mexican Grill

I feel bad to post negativity because I do love a chipoltle bowl. Unfortunately this chipoltle is always terrible. The chips are stale, food isn't fresh. The drink and condement area was obviously unkept. Tables left dirty. Everytime I have ordered they are out of toppings. I know the toppings can add up but is it really chipoltle with half of them missing? They were completely out of utensils, I was told to go to jersey mikes for a fork.

This is by far the absolute worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. It is always FILTHY- no matter what time of the day you go. Food all over the counters, food that clearly has dropped into other food, dirty drink station, dirty tables. Also, it doesn’t matter how many people are working there, they are always out of food and they never ask the person on prep to start more. All of the workers I’ve encountered act like it’s their first day working there and they have no idea what they are doing. Just walked out of there for the last time because there was about 7 people in front of me and instead of working on one or two orders at a time they were working on all 8 of ours but no one’s order was getting finished. Workers were tapping out for other workers and then they would have no idea what’s going on with our food because someone else started it.

There seems to be no leadership there. No one telling them to clean, when/what to prep, or how to proficiently take orders. Literally go anywhere else for lunch.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. It’s disgusting every time I come in. No matter what time of day I visit, they never seem to have the basic ingredients to make a bowl — no rice, no meat, nothing. The staff doesn’t seem concerned about restocking or serving customers properly. It’s really disappointing and frustrating. This location should be closed down.

Typical poor quality food and undercooked rice. Place always looks like a disaster with food everywhere. Tables are filthy and workers are lazy and simply don’t care.

I've been coming to Chipotle over 16 years 2 states. I've never seen a worse restaurant in my life, dive bars have been cleaner and actually had ice, plus all their drinks. Plus its a skeleton crew so there is usually a long line....

15 bucks for less food. Wow so lazy can’t even fill the bowl.

Says closed at 11pm. I Went at 9:40pm and they were closed… the doors were locked and workers were breaking down.

it was 7:00pm and they were completely out of items. this was the same way several other times i’ve been here. needs to be stocked better.
