Surprisingly the best Domino’s I’ve ever had in Connecticut, way better than the one in West Haven & Milford . Pizza was hot, fresh, and actually loaded with toppings. I’ll definitely come back if I’m in the area again.

Not all Domino's are equal. This one is good one. Food is made right, orders have always been correct, and the staff is friendly. This is my got ot Domino's when in the area.
Domino's gets a lot of hate, but this store is consistent. I went in on a Friday evening to pick up a carry out, the workers were moving like a well-oiled machine, I thought I stepped into a commercial.

Food was great, ordered and paid for a ranch cup which was not provided. Wrote a review on the website but doubt that will be answered. It's not about a free pizza the next time or something to be done the next time...it's about doing things right the first time. Which it was not.

I had one garlic knot, and as soon as it hit the bottom of my stomach, I was curled up into a ball at the office in pain for 30min.
Ordered on the website site which when you check out informs you to "call the store upon arrival," so I did so and the worker who answered said that is "not going to work you need to check in on the app in order for us to close out the order as picked up." I informed him I have been ordering online for years and was not downloading the app and again reiterated what the website platform said. He got upset, and hung up. Shortly after my food came out and I again explained that the guy on the phone was upset for no reason, when I followed website ordering instructions and hung up on me.

Worst place to oder from if their was a next pizza place to make a Oder from I would can u believe 3time I got pizza from this Store and it was not freshly done it was stale and distasteful and I decided to call the store itself and the owner says he owned the place for 20 years. He and his family and workers has been eating their pizza and don’t have any problem with it. He was very rude. Have no customer service and also hung the phone up on me when I look they canceled my order. I told him I would have made a review that it’s the worse place ever no customer service what’s to ever ?also saying that I’m a liar and I don’t know what I’m saying like I’m not the one given my kids the pizza and talking abt he would suggest I get my pizza somewhere else.. sir U don’t have any moral standards, of customer service your in the wrong field for the past 20 years…

I have always had a positive experience with Middleton Ct., Domino's s. The food is Always good, its usually EXCELLENT, a few times its been a little less then excellent, but still very good. I've never had any thing but great customer service from every Domino's employees ive dealt with. Middletown Domino's gets an A++ FROM
