I went there after a long time and the last time it was all teenagers, but they were way better than this time. There were all adults and I stood at the counter for half hour waiting and then finally they took my order. We ordered some drinks and they tasted SO BAD! Never coming back again!!

On Washington st middletown ct. around 1 pm. Walked in didn’t ask for cheese on my sandwich and then to sit I wouldn’t sit at a table. The place was VERY DIRTY ! Coffe stains everywhere and crumbs on every table trash overflowing. Men’s room locked with someone in it for over20 min. It was gross! The hair place wanted me to complain cause I’m sure they may have already.

I go to this dunkin every single morning and I have gotten a correct order like twice since moving to middletown 6 months ago. I worked at dunkin for years and I understand it gets busy but whenever i try to get my order fixed i get attitude from the guy at the window. Go to any other dunkin in the area don’t give them your money.

Yesterday, they had us wait 13 minutes in drive thru around evening and a girl yelled in the intercom after I said hello. She yelled, “ma’am you need to wait, if you don’t wanna wait you can pull off we are busy”. Never again. Whole place is ghetto
It is one of the better DDs that is often overlooked. If there are lines, they usually go pretty quick. They have my daughters cold drink, which isn't offered on the app for the closer DD. Foodwise...it's DD food pretty good, pretty standard, pretty reliable.
