Unsure what the problem is with the employees at this location. They laugh at you through the drive thru window, they don't talk to you when you get up to the window, just have their hand out waiting for your card and then play games when handing the card back to you.

This is just the interaction, let's talk about the food here at this location. Asked for large latte with extra expresso, it was just a regular large latte, let's talk about the bacon egg and cheese - asked for it toasted with butter - the bagel was AS HARD AS A ROCK - not toasted - The cheese was cold and there was no butter added.

This location has CONSTANT PROBLEMS with their employees not willing to do what they are paid to do. If they do not want to be there, then find a new job??? Your job is to serve the client and to represent Dunkin Donut's - All that you have done is make a stain in the brand and have moved me to Starbuck, in which having a conversation about this Dunkin Location specifically that they mentioned that the employees don't care, upper management doesn't care.

This location needs desperately a corporate auditor to come in and fix the unwillingness to help and the constant discrimination to the people that just want to enjoy the Dunkin Donut's brand - this is a constant embarrassment to this establishment.

I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION - go to the Cromwell one they do it right and treat you right - Go to Starbucks and spend the extra few dollars and get it right and have a better experience AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST I PROMISE YOU THAT YOU WONT REGRET IT THEY DO NOT WANT YOU AS A CUSTOMER AND WILL TREAT YOU ACCORDINGLY

Terrible avoid at all cost. Last time we went through the drive through, the girls said “WHAAAAAT” like ten times to the point we just left today we went and the guy sounded higher than a kite and said they don’t have ice coffee.. they are lazy and deserve to be fired. Idc if you’re high but don’t be a liar too.. save your money and go to Starbucks and I hate starbucks

I've been to this location twice now.
The drinks are made decent. The two young ladies who worked the drive-thru were nice and friendly.

I want to give them one star because the garbage was overflowing in the Drive-Thru and there was garbage all over the ground, it was gross!!

I have no understanding of how someone who owns this business would even let this happen, zero star for you.

I will not be back 😐

I placed an order online, and I have been here for 30 minutes waiting for my food. When I came in, they didn't even know that I had placed an order, so nothing was started. They had difficulty making the drinks, and then they were underfilled when I got them. The pictures are what they were like upon receipt. When you charge over $6 for a drink, it should be full, not 50% whipped cream. Obviously, I haven't gotten the food yet to comment on it. I may update this if there is anything noteworthy. I know that turnover is high, but this is just crazy. Do better.

ETA: I finally got my food after 56 minutes. They didn't put my sandwich on the correct type of bread, and initially, had forgotten 2 wake-up wraps. I had gone to the counter after 40-some minutes to ask if my sandwiches were ever coming. The girl didn't even make eye contact with me and mumbled that they were almost ready. She did apologize for the wait at the end. All in all, I would have gone to an actual restaurant if I had known that I was going to wait an hour for my food. The employees could possibly walk a little bit faster. The new generation just doesn't have any hustle. Maybe they had to hatch the eggs. ??‍♀️

They had two children barely old enough to work running around trying to work the drive-thru and the store. They were working very hard but my order took three times as long. They Refuse to add help for these kids. They are making millions while our children can't afford a mortgage

The workers there could care less if they got your order right and when they took my order on this past Sunday I could hear loud music and they were all on their cell phones and because I asked them to fix it , it became a problem and then I asked the girl for her name and I replied that wasn't any of her concern and the 2 girls lied 2 times trying to cover each other's story but made it worse and I had a friend who was with me and commented how they lied and didn't care I hope this gets to the owner and not these 2 girls the one who I had the problem with was Zoe

Very young manager and staff that really need more training. We ordered thru the app and the extra eggs on the two sandwiches we ordered were not there. We were like a mile away when we realized they were missing. Called the manager about it and she said they could not see the extra eggs on the order number. We went back to the store and she agreed to prepare new ones. I arrived and asked the manager if she wanted to see the order receipt showing the extra eggs and she replied no need because she already saw it. Sandwiches were prepared hurriedly and they were not even hot enough for the cheese to melt. I left very disappointed and felt complaining again would be a waste of time. Check your orders for accuracy before leaving the store.
