Google stated this store is open until 8pm, at 6:53, the front doors were already locked, and we could only go thru the drive up.

The workers there could care less if they got your order right and when they took my order on this past Sunday I could hear loud music and they were all on their cell phones and because I asked them to fix it , it became a problem and then I asked the girl for her name and I replied that wasn't any of her concern and the 2 girls lied 2 times trying to cover each other's story but made it worse and I had a friend who was with me and commented how they lied and didn't care I hope this gets to the owner and not these 2 girls the one who I had the problem with was Zoe

Very young manager and staff that really need more training. We ordered thru the app and the extra eggs on the two sandwiches we ordered were not there. We were like a mile away when we realized they were missing. Called the manager about it and she said they could not see the extra eggs on the order number. We went back to the store and she agreed to prepare new ones. I arrived and asked the manager if she wanted to see the order receipt showing the extra eggs and she replied no need because she already saw it. Sandwiches were prepared hurriedly and they were not even hot enough for the cheese to melt. I left very disappointed and felt complaining again would be a waste of time. Check your orders for accuracy before leaving the store.

How sad is dunkin when they have barely any of the usual donuts. I asked for lemon...nope...do you have any plain sour cream. Nope. Do you at least have glazed? My least favorite. And they weren't fresh...at least the coffee was good. You all have lost the donut game.

Ordered a latte white chocolate and received an iced coffee with just milk. Ordered a bagel with veggie cream cheese and got a bagel with plain cream cheese. Ordered snackin bacon which I did not receive. The only correct item was the hash browns. I wasted almost 20 bucks for absolutely nothing. AVOID!

I've ordered through the app at many dunkin locations. Unfortunately, from time to time the app will list items that are not offered at a location. In those situations, it's pretty painless to get a refund or substitute an item.At this location, when I was charged for an item that was not offered, I was told to process my refund through the app. This has led to a tedious cycle of me submitting a refund request, being told that I will be contacted by this location for assistance "very soon", not hearing anything for weeks, me responding to the mail and receiving another apology message stating I will hear back from this location "very soon", me again not getting a response, and so on.I would be forgiving of the app mishap if I wasn't defacto refused a refund for my item. This was my first and last time ordering from this location.
