This location of DD has HORRIBLE customer service. I stop here occasionally to grab my coffee and bagel before work and I am constantly ignored by the workers. They do not help me until they finally feel like it, while I’m patiently waiting in the mobile order line. There is a guy that is tall, pale, with a mustache, and brown hair, he is EXTREMELY rude. We locked eye contacts at least three times and he decided to not help me at all. A granny helped me and demanded me to greet her with a “good afternoon” while it was 10:00am. Terrible experiences but the food and drinks are okay.

I move to Middletown and I see dunkin is close to my house. They kept messing up my coffee. They all need to relearn how to make ice coffee! Less talking and focus on making our coffee right!
Ice coffee should be a lighter color and shouldn’t be bitter, (ice coffee with caramel with regular cream and sugar)
Now i get ice coffee in another dunkin where they do it right!

I placed my order correctly for two $6 meal deals and double checked before ordering. When the employees didn’t give me a second hash brown and I inquired, they said the machine didn’t catch the deal or I ordered it wrong. I ended up paying more for my meal because the second deal “didn’t catch” and I received one less item. They did not offer to help fix anything or give a resolution. Borderline rude and not helpful.
Also they messed up my donut order. If they want to replace chosen donuts with other types, they should at least let customers know first
Finally, there is a hair on one of the hash brown pieces that I did receive. Me and my family members do not have hair of that size or color, so I know that this is not somehow one of ours.

As we walked up to the counter to place our order (with no one in front of us), someone came over, presumably to wait on us, but as soon as he got an order from the drive-up through his head set, he immediately left us for that order, & NO ONE came over to take his place!! We were on our way to an appointment & didn't want to be late, but we still waited a good 2-3 minutes, & STILL NO ONE came! I even yelled out to see if anyone was there who could help us (we saw at least 3 people), & even though they SAID someone would be right over, no one ever came, & we finally had to leave so we wouldn't be late for our appointment!! I was EXTREMELY disappointed because it felt like the drive-through customers took precedence over us, & we were standing right in front of them!! I'll never go back there again!

I only gave this Dunkin so many chances because it’s so close to my house and I love Dunkin Donuts. It’s unfortunate how lousy this Dunkin is. They have a few great workers but the bad ones ruin it for everyone. I spared them a review after the first situation when I had to complain to the shift leader that her food station guy wasn’t wearing gloves for a whole week. She told me, “ He has a glove on.” I guess him wearing one single glove compared to him going the whole week of wearing no gloves is a step up. The food station for the afternoon shift is always disgusting. The employees will eat, leave their drinks and food on the counter. It’s never clean. The best time to order food from here is 4 A.M. Now today, Zachary decided to do a “ U -turn” with my coffee. He pretended to fix the issue I was having, along with his attitude. I knew he was coming back with the same coffee because he went from the counter and came back in two seconds with one of his co-workers laughing . This happened on 09/25/2024; 1:30 P.M
