I drove 20 minutes out of my way to the nearest Dunkin' Donuts. I went to order the routine coffee that I ordered at every other location and was told that they do not make it that way. I left and now have to drive to look for another Dunkin' Donuts due to the fact They refuse to make coffee how I normally order it

Nice people working here, and nice comfy chairs so you can actually sit and have a quick.snack instead of being forced to eat in the car. It felt like the franchise owner for this location cared that little bit more. I could be wrong, but it was a nicer dunkin either way.

I always recommend this Dunkin to people when we’re thinking of stopping. Definitely my favorite location in the area. Everyone here is always really friendly and I’ve never had a bad coffee from here. Most other Dunkin’s are kind of a hit or miss for food and drinks but they have yet to miss.

This used to be a great Dunkin— Until the surly brunette guy in the mornings started working there. Lines are longer, coffee is poorly made, whenever you get food something’s off. I get that nobody wants to work in fast food— but you don’t have to actively sabotage people in the morning to deal with it.

Wasn't that great. I boycotted for a while but then promised donuts to coworkers so had to return for that one day which i regretted. Starbucks will always be better. Staff is always rude, no matter the location. Never pleasant.

The staff here is always so friendly! I'm very particular about how I like my order, and they always seem to get it just right at this location! Even if there's another Dunkin that's a little closer, I will make the drive to this one, knowing that I will be taken care of and very happy with the accuracy and quality of my order! The store and the bathroom are always in tip-top shape! It's definitely my favorite Dunkin location in Connecticut!

Skip shunpike in Cromwell and come to Middletown. Such nice people and pretty well organized.
There is a old lady with short gold hair …I don’t know why Dunkin hire such kind of person she don’t now to make order and prepare the order & if we ask something she is firing on customers… Dunkin needs to train there employees first because of this dunkin losing a-lot of customers.
