There is a old lady with short gold hair …I don’t know why Dunkin hire such kind of person she don’t now to make order and prepare the order & if we ask something she is firing on customers… Dunkin needs to train there employees first because of this dunkin losing a-lot of customers.

Emailed corporate 3 times and was told passing it to manager and would hear back with in 2 days each time. No contact received. Poor customer relations, we will not go back.

Everyone working at this Dunkin looks completely miserable and there all rude. Our coffee order was wrong and she got an attitude & then she gave us the wrong wake up wraps and just stared at us with an attitude and didn’t even give us new ones.

We only come here for Lizzie. She’s the best. We used to go to Shunpike and she switched locations! We were sad because we thought she was gone forever but she’s right down the street!!!

Why would you open at 7 am? It is Saturday and some people like to get out and get their to-do”s started early. No Dunkin’ today . This s should be reevaluated and hopefully adjusted. Being part of the community should be higher priority.
