Bad and inconsistent service. I’m 21 and came with my girlfriend and this is now the second time we have been refused service. First time it was because they somehow had a new rule that you can’t be in there under 21 after 9:30, even though we had previously been after that with no problem. And now we can’t be let in but I can’t have any alcohol because my girlfriend is 20 and it’s a “policy.” Doesn’t make sense at all and this is also seemingly new because before turning 21 i have been with my friends and they had no problem ordering alcohol. Maybe management should learn to be consistent and figure out if they actually have policies and upkeep them instead of changing things depending on who is working. No other restaurants have a “policy” like that. It logically makes no sense.

Nice place but shame about the lack of service, we were sat at a table, waited and waited for someone to take our drinks order, when we finally managed to catch a waiter, we were told we had to go get our own drinks at the bar, they should have told us that when we were seated. Beers and my margarita was very nice

Honestly super trash vibes. Bouncer was on a power trip and was extremely rude and disrespectful to our group, despite the fact that we brought many people and gave them business. Especially when the place was empty on a Friday night. Needless to say we didn’t last very long.
He needs to watch who he’s talking to, cause we are not the ones.

Please stop hiring inexperienced waitresses, I had to go twice to ask for water and things I needed for my food. Waitress didn’t even know what kind of drinks were on tap. I been coming here for years and have never had such bad service.

Sticky and dirty seating. Staff were pleasant, but unfortunately, I felt gross just sitting in my seat. It had its own vibe, which was cool, but it was a letdown for me. The food was basic.

Esthetics and staff are super nice. The drinks are also made very well. The food however.... Its giving gentrified ethnic food ? their "loaded" rice that they serve with most of their meals is anything but loaded, or seasoned, it just looks like rice a roni. Most of the food we ordered wasn't that well seasoned. Will deff come back for the drinks and wings tho.

Food is good too bad the guys at the door are wishy washy on who they let in. I’m 20 and have no interest in drinking. I like to come here for wings late night to enjoy the atmosphere. I’ve been here on weekends multiple times before late at night. Depending on who’s working, suddenly it’s 21+ after 9, or 9:30 or 10. Just seems like times are made up because they don’t want to serve us. I’m a paying customer and tip generously it’s a shame I’m refused service when I am transparent about my age and intentions.
