At no fault to the waiter, he was wonderful but the entire experience was VERY slow. Almost seemed like the kitchen was too small for how many diners can fit in the restaurant. That said, it reminds me of European dining where the focus is about talking and the food and drink eventually gets to you lol Okay, now that I got that negative out of the way, the drinks and the food were great. They had a lot of drinks that are very hard to find in other restaurants which was certainly refreshing. The atmosphere is very warming and not crammed. Would I go back here again? yes of course!

Love the atmosphere and the food / service is excellent! I made a reservation for a Saturday night. Very worth the price of the menu. A fun bar area as well. Can't wait to return!

Myself and my husband have dined here several times. We were referred by our wedding venue to dine here for our rehearsal dinner. We have dined twice prior to our event, and then I would’ve given the facility 5 stars. The food, atmosphere, and service then were great both times we attended. Unfortunately, our rehearsal dinner was everything but that. Our groom and groomsmen were across the street doing their final tux fittings, and had asked that food service wouldn’t start until 6. We had had family and friends trickling in from 5-5:45. Unfortunately service ignored me multiple times, brought apps out at 5:20, the groom and most of our bridal party wasn’t there yet. Servers began taking temps for steaks without the entirety of our party present. No steaks had temp mark sticks, and nearly everyone had an improper temp steak. Multiple meals came out without their starch or vegetable and never came back. Nevermind no food was even hot…Multiple guests never received their salads. Servers complained about needing to get change when doing cash bar services. We were so disheartened as we expressed how excited we were about this event and how wonderful the experiences were prior to this event. I’d recommend this restaurant for any dine in experience, unfortunately for large parties I would not recommend.

I'm compelled to write this review solely warn about the bolognese. The other dishes at our table were average- nothing spectacular.. It was likely the worst bolognese I have had in an Italian restaurant. I frequently order bolognese and have had it several times in Italy. This bolognese was basically a very bad red sauce mixed with ground beef. It was obvious the sauce had not been cooked long at all and there were a couple large chunks of ground beef- I wondered if it was pieces of meatball. This was the kind of dish I'd expect at a non Italian chain restaurant like Applebees - edible but certainly inauthentic and bland. A restaurant that touts itself as high end Italian should not be serving this slop.

Way too expensive for burnt flat bread, restaurant depot appetizers and drinks made with a mix.

Our first time here, food was amazing and staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly! The Chilean bass and salads were delish as well as the charcuterie board. Jean was our waitress and did an amazing job recommending our foods and cocktails and we will definitely be back again.!!

We held our wedding rehearsal brunch at Esca Wine Bar, and it was wonderful. The staff were so accommodating when we realized we hadn’t counted ourselves (the bride and groom) in the guest count and needed 2 more seats, quickly making the adjustments to the tables and to the food. They were able to accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions, as well as providing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to everyone. Our host even took a group photo for us at the end of the event. We absolutely recommend having an event here at Esca!
We had our rehearsal dinner here before my son’s wedding. Marisa helped us with the planning and was wonderful! Our servers Nick and Joe were terrific.. The food was absolutely delicious…everthing was cooked to perfection. A 5 minute walk from the church and free parking at the bank behind the restaurant. We had a great time!
