I stopped in to pick up an online order two days ago and the guy who was giving out orders was extremely rude to everyone that came in. I can't believe this is acceptable. I love their burgers but will never return to that Middletown location again. They charge way too much to be treated badly.

Asked for an extra patty on my burger. Received only one patty on it but was still charged for the extra even though I was missing two. I paid $55 in total for this meal. Unacceptable.

I literally called 5 different times. No answer. Every time I try to order from here they don’t pick up or when they do they have me on hold for 10 minutes. My burger tasted like soap, they move slow as ever to make your order. They’re unprofessional. I’m so tired of this five guys location. Would not recommend.

Enjoy not only the product but also the experience of a privatized home shared burger as if the grill you own has become the grill that feeds millions, it's wholesome, unique and classic to the nineteen 40's-fifties feel without the juke box thank God, lol and a burger that will fill even the hungriest and danty of restaurant experiences. It's delicate enough to sit and saunter it's fast enough but with quality of something not usually made in a race based endeavor but connects to many core values and expresses as whole and also franchistic as any other eatery for the hungry consumer who wants exquisite taste as well as ideology of monetary deligation and yet the relaxing atmosphere of just a burger joint. But still holds a class of its own. Glad to see you there the money, the skill,the personality and historic Nature which drives this growing legacy of a business
