When I first moved here 2 months ago my parents and I walked Main Street and even though there were plenty of other options we just love that it was an original Diner everything was satisfaction I would definitely go there again just for its quaintness home feeling and good service. ? ? ?

A real family diner right on main Street in Middletown. Walk inside. Take a seat at a table or take a seat at the counter, either way, you'll be served quickly. Food is fresh made right in front of your eyes, and the conversation is always flowing.

Went there for my first time on a Sunday around 1100. No problem finding a seat, order was taken quickly and the dude behind the register had JOKES. I loved it.

First time diner and man I'm so full right now. I haven't begun to finish my meal. Pancakes, eggs, bacon and sausage. My lovely daughter had the steak and egg wrap. Fresh hot coffee and the laughter and smiles were genuine and very welcome.Great place to enjoy a meal. Will come back again.

This was the fastest dining experience ever. The food came out instantly it seemed. It's a great spot when you're looking for a great breakfast but also not looking to waste hours of your weekend at breakfast. The eggs were amazing! Nice and fluffy. Service was definitely quick and efficient.

This is a great little place. It is like the old school dinners I remember. The staff is attentive and pleasant. The cook is great. I've been going to this place with my buddies every Saturday morning and get 4 eggs over easy. She hasn't broke one. They are perfect!! I highly recommend this place just go there after 9. Otherwise you will be in my way.?

It's Sunday morning and your bud says he wants a plain old breakfast with great corn beef hash. Now you know where to take him. Ford News is almost exactly what you think of when someone utters the term "greasy spoon". A long, narrow diner tucked in between the other hip eateries on Main St., a place lost in time. The service is borderline abusive in the sweetest way possible. It's hard not to smile. That corned beef hash though. The coffee is exactly what you want in a place like this. The menu has something for everyone. Just kidding. It has what they make, which is the most basic of basic diner food. But they do it really well. The price is what it is. It's expensive to eat out now. The hash is worth it.

Best corned beef hash I've ever had! Old school diner with a friendly atmosphere. The Wesleyan folks should walk down from the crepe place and come here instead!
