This is essentially a small cafe in a book store with the standard organic health food offerings. The cafe is marketed as slow cooked food for fast people, however, it took about 15 minutes. I would compare this to Panera Bread with higher quality ingredients. The main reason I would never recommend this is simply how expensive it is. Every sandwich/wrap/salad is 11$. Soup is 4$. If you wanted to add some chicken they charge you 6$. How Wesleyan students can afford this is a mystery to me.
Always good food and company
delicious ! definitely will go there again.
The most satisfying meal I've enjoyed in Middletown has been at grown. My favorites are, half portion sweet potatoes, roasted asparagus topped with sauted shrimp. And the tropical breeze smoothie. And the lemon blueberry cake. Best nights there are when the poets read. Have fun!
Love the Havana salad! Great coffee too!
Nice spot, pricey.
Amazing selection of things to eat.
Great place to enjoy and atmosphere as well.
Excellent coffee/Good pie/Friendly atmosphere
It was 11:10 and they wouldn't serve breakfast that ended at 11. Tiny juice box over 2 dollars and staff was arguing with each other. We left and went to Brew Bakery down the street.

Great place to go with my wife
Overpriced for something that is basic healthy food. Probably won't go back because of it being basic and expensive.
Very friendly helpful staff. Clean. Very nice if you have multiple food allergies.
Grilled salmon, and asparagus with sauteed kale with lots of garlic was my dinner on June 27th. Everything was delicious and I had enough for lunch the next day. Now I'm obsessed with trying to make kale like that at home. Or just keeping going to grown.
Cuban coffee is great!
