My 1 st time at Haven Hot Chicken it was the best sandwich I’ve eaten everything was perfect and the service the guy working register today in Portland restaurant was amazing he was taking orders at register and filling orders at same time at counter as chef in kitchen was slamming out the awesome food these guys who work here in Portland combined with the food no wonder they were voted best Chicken Sandwich so glad I stopped today my new go to anytime I find their place I’ll be in line!! Definitely check this place out you won’t be disappointed

So today I placed an order through UberEats January 29th. When my order arrived and I opened the bag, there was sauce all out. I called the store and the manager told me that it was not their problem, although, one of your incompetent workers put sauces in the bag, rather than putting them inside of one of m the containers since they have tops on them. That was completely inappropriate, not only for the person who packed the order but for the manager who told It was not their problem. Do better

I've been to the Middletown location a few times, but this was my first time when Gretchen was working. We placed a large-ish order and there were people already waiting for their food, as well as pick-up orders being placed. Gretchen was very friendly and professional. Not only did she apologize for the wait, which wasn't long at all, she threw in a freebie for our time. Her friendliness surpassed was expected of her, and left a lasting impression. She 100% deserves a raise.
