I've been to the Middletown location a few times, but this was my first time when Gretchen was working. We placed a large-ish order and there were people already waiting for their food, as well as pick-up orders being placed. Gretchen was very friendly and professional. Not only did she apologize for the wait, which wasn't long at all, she threw in a freebie for our time. Her friendliness surpassed was expected of her, and left a lasting impression.
