The pizza was delicious and the staff was super helpful. We had 20ish people for a 4yr olds birthday party. The restaurant is a bit out dated inside and it was very hot but you could tell people mostly go for takeout and not eating in. Still was a great experience.

Ordered a cheese pizza around 8:30 on a Friday. 20 minutes they said. We live 3 minutes away and arrived 5 minutes early. Pizza was already sitting on another pizza on top of the oven. Pizza was almost cold when I started the first slice. It wasn’t a freshly made pizza. Pretty sure I got a previously made pizza that was for slices. Never going back. $20 for something that had the taste and texture of leftover pizza. Never again. Sauce even sucked. Going downhill. SMH. This was @ South Main in Middletown

The taste of the pizza was pretty good, you also receive a small slice of pizza at the begining for free.

'MUST TRY GRANDMA'S SLICE!!! Okay, okay I'll take pics next time. This review is specifically for the Grandma's slice. Which, frankly, could be the only thing on the menu and they'd do very well. It's just perfection. The dough is thick and chewy and crusty without being doughy or dense or heavy. The sauce is DIVINE!!! Perfect amount of salt, garlic, everything is just perfect. Then the thinly shaved scorched garlic on this thing... UNBELIEVABLE!!! And a sprinkle of the most delicious parmesean and you have a perfect meal. Last but not least the fact that you can get TWO of these monster slices for $8.50... we could end food insecurity with this ;) But seriously.. if you're anywhere near Middletown and desperate for a wholesome, delicious, filling, homemade snack/meal/facehole filler... THIS IS IT!! Grandma's slice, not warmed, just room temp... UNBELIEVABLE!!

Google has you break the review down by category for food, service, and atmosphere respectively so I’ll review it that way.Food: Highlights were the mozzarella sticks and dipping sauce which were very solid, everything else was generally awful compared to what I would deem good Italian food. Chicken parm burnt and hard. Side pasta bland and basic. Garlic bread over cooked and somewhat bitter. Waitress did not question why my mother and I left almost all the food on the table. Seemed like that wasn’t an irregular occurrence for her. People sitting next to me pointed out that I left my food behind and giggled mutually when I implied I was doing it on purpose.Service: Waitress was friendly and did her job well, but considering their default tip was around 23 percent you would figure they would pack the leftovers for you which they don’t (considered it for the regular bread at first because we didn’t touch it). They also don’t seat you. So I guess I just don’t understand why they feel an expected tip of over 20 percent is worthwhile there.Atmosphere: Warm and inviting despite the seating area and table being small with people very packed together. Menu presentation looked nice.Overall no malice believe it or not based on some of the above statements but I really wouldn’t come here twice unless I just wanted an appetizer. Even then there’s better out there. Sorry.

Very hospitable. The waitress heard I had a movie to catch and let us pay the check ahead of time. The waiter smiled and had genuine conversations about work and movies. The appetizers were amazing and instant service. The pizza is very affordable and I would take any day over trash delivery pizza from other places. The waitress gave good suggestions on pizza to get and the pizza we received was quick and fresh hot out the oven. They even had options for my grandmother who was not as into pizza as everyone else was. They have pizzas, grinders, cold cuts, and very refreshing 'adult' and kid beverages.Vegetarian options: Many veggiesParking: 40 or so parking spacesKid-friendliness: Had drinks that accommodated kids. They also serve child proportions.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp all the way up to the door and food servers and services willing to assist.
