I ordered a large pizza half cheese half chicken well done through the Slice app. I was told 15-20 minutes the pizza would be ready. Upon arrival to pick up the pizza (25+ mins after order was placed) the pizza was not ready. It was being placed back into the oven and not ready. After 5 minutes it was ready. Upon getting it home and opening my half chicken half cheese pizza was not that. Only 2 slices had chicken on it and the rest was cheese. Also the pizza seamed much more in line with a medium and not a large. For $29 I expected so much more. Such bad value for what you get. To make makes worse it the quality was awful. It had no flavor, none. The chicken was bland. Barely any sauce or cheese. It was all so minimal and just tasteless. As I said I asked for well done and it was not even close to that. Barely done if you ask me. I contacted Slice app to let them know and see what they could do. The restaurant said they could offer 15% back. That’s just over $4. When I said that was not acceptable I was told that “the pizza was ready upon pickup (it was not) and that it was made up to their quality as they typically make it”. If this is their standard quality to how the typically make it then many will be disappointed, because that was not good. I won’t be ordering from them again as not only has this experience been bad but the last two have been sub par. I only gave them another shot because prior to the last two times they where great. I had been ordering from them since 2020. Clearly things have gone downhill and with all the other great spots in town this is no longer an option sadly.

ive ordered from Jerry's handful of times.the food is usually pretty good even if it typicclly takes 90 min from order for food to arrive. tonight I called after 2hrs of waiting and was told food was on its way. after another 30min I called back, get put on hold for 10 min. call back to tell them not to bother delivering to be told its out for delivery and walking up now. another 30 min and still no one. Unacceptable

It was okay. Had the salt and vinegar wings and they were very crispy but lacked much flavor. I asked for their hottest wing sauce and though it wasn't very hot for me it had a much better flavor than the salt and vinegar dry rub.

The drinks, Apps, and pasta were good. The service was lacking though. There were only 2 barkeeps with a full bar! They were asked to make drinks and service the tables! Insane... our bartender was so busy she kept forgetting our requests or to come back. I hope they can make a small change and add a couple of wait staff to cover the tables. Especially during their busy nights. That would have made our visit so much more enjoyable. The music bingo on Thursday night was fun and we would like to go back but only when they get the help. Hopefully, that will be soon!

Warm beer again! Every time we go here the beer is Warm! Doesn't matter if it's a bottle or draft beer, you always need to add a glass of ice to make it cold. They didn't pay the CT. Lottery monthly bill so KENO is shut off again. No more Keroke here. Food is Not consistent, the bar tenders don't have any personality. Too bad! One year ago this place was a lot better.

They need to change there DoorDash so you know your not getting your food for 1 hour when you order it. They also only use one driver for DoorDash when they should be allowing other drivers to help with the hold up. Better not get my food cold.

Have ordered numerous times and waited over an hour and a half to receive order by delivery every time. When ordering through Doordash, shows as complete about 30 minutes before you receive order, because they do their own Doordash deliveries. Tonight was the final straw, as my family waited over 2 hours for the delivery to be completed. When we tried to call the store, we realized they closed over an hour ago. Unable to get ahold of anyone. Never received food. Order was disputed and I/family/friends will not be ordering from here again.

I tried and tried and tried to find something wrong.... It was a freaking perfect pizza! Great crust, great flavor, and got the best service when I went in! Highly recommend!

Maybe because it was busy but I felt as if I was a Bother to the bartender everything I ordered . She seemed stressed and grumpy. On the up side... The wings were the best that I have EVER had. The pizza ,although I did not have ,any,looked amazing and had that perfect pizza smell. The stage area for the band was perfect and provided cool lighting that just went along with the whole vibe of the night.

I am a tough critic but I know what I like. I give Jerrys a 9! Not only that but they are consistently a 9 every time. The wings are the best around, sweet chili silantro and they are excellent. They are 9.5 on my scale and not priced to high. The pizza is always a 8.5 in my book. The best cheese pizza in the area!
