I went here for the first time about a month ago and I have been back probably five times since then because it’s so good! The chicken Philly is my favorite. I love it! The staff is so sweet and helpful and friendly…..Evan was amazing my first time there!! I now go here all the time and it’s one of my favorite places ?

The food is good, but we’ve never gotten what we’ve actually ordered and we only find out once the take out makes it home. Last order we didn’t get the right chips, this order we got a whole extra mystery sub, subs on the wrong bread, missing a whole bag of chips & soda.

30 bucks for a grinder? Ok fine. But then 3x now they send half my order out. Even though the receipt they put in the bag says it’s there. The service at this one is horrible! Good luck getting reimbursed. They robbed me and left me hungry enough. Order somewhere else.
Don’t bother calling the manager as it states. No one ever answers the phone. Horrible establishment. Filling with corporate.

I ordered online and they added lettuce, tomatoes, and onions to my sandwich which is what i specifically didn’t want on it. Completely ruined the sandwich.

The food is good but the service is awful. No leadership what so ever. I don’t think it’s the employees fault, I think it’s horrible management. Typically understaffed…one person will go back and forth from making the grinders and then take their gloves off to check people out and so on and so on. Usually multiple people waiting for online and DoorDash orders. Everyone is rude, both staff and the disgruntled customers who are waiting way too long. The tables and floors are dirty and unkept. It’s a shame because Jersey mikes has good food.
Online order had an ETA of a hour out, okay maybe they are busy. I walk down and there's two people in line, four people making sandwiches and no one sitting inside... After waiting for 15 minutes, and someone asked me what name my order was for, they then elected to put the ticket in. Foods good, but I shouldn't have to wait a hour and a half for two sandwiches. Ridiculous
Edit: that number doesn't go to anything. And I'm not taking time out of my day to call yall to give you a survey on how bad the experience was. Read one of your 50 other bad reviews within the last year, and tell me how many store managers you had switch out, I counted three. Speaks volumes that I responded to the number yall left me within 30 minutes and i haven't heard anything back all day. I waited til closing time but I guess not.

The customer experience here is always terrible. They spend so much time having conversations with each other and ignoring every customer that walks in that it takes them 45 minutes to make a hot sub that was ordered online. The app said it would be ready in 15 when I arrived at the time the app said it would be done it was another 10 minutes before they started cooking it and then it took them forever to finish it that by the time I got my "hot" sub it was "luke warm". It was terribly put together as well. Every customer that came in there looked annoyed for having to wait so long for an order. If I wanted to wait for my sub I would not have placed the order online.
