Wanted to make a review for Jersey Mike's Middletown and especially the new manager Caleb. Caleb's great to talk to whenever we go in, he makes our grinder so fast and of course it tastes great. We always have a great experience going into this restaurant and wanna thank you and your staff so much for your excellent service! Keep up the great work Caleb! You're a superstar!

Got a turkey and cheese number 7 with everything on it, it was spectacular but thats not the best part I have a pork allergy and they wiped everything down for me including knife exchanges i left a tip ! Great crew of workers

We ordered online in the app… we had to wait 20 minutes after our scheduled time for our food and they messed up the order. 2 of the 4 sandwiches were wrong. One of the team members was clearly struggling to follow directions given by another customer in line. The kid at the checkout was polite and apologized for the wait but he was the only one that seemed to even recognize the line to the door or the very slow order processing of the team.

Food is good, and the blonde young gentleman slicing cheese and meat was very kind. However, I witnessed a woman with glasses (a manager I believe... hope not though) yelling at 2 of her employees to clean something. She was very unprofessional and brought the mood down for the whole staff immediately, upsetting me and other guests. Will turn around if I come back and she is there....

A decent place to grab a sandwich but long lines that move very slow. I ordered a cold sandwich so I feel like mine came out faster? Just don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed.

Don’t bother ordering ahead. They’ll make you wait there while multiple others walk in behind you without ordering ahead and are served and out the door before you even have your order made.
I had a late lunch today. Sandwiches were excellent. The staff with black hair and glasses went above and beyond today helping out a elderly gentleman who just got out of the hospital offering to help the man. That young gentleman deserves a raise. That's the type of atmosphere where you want to go eat. That staff should be recognized, I don't see this often anymore. Thank you

Very busy when I went here, line to the door. I was happy I ordered ahead on my app. My sandwich was hot and ready when it was supposed too. I had the #17 Philly steak and cheese. It's always good here and my go to sandwich when I'm at a Jersey Mike's.

These guys literally don’t do anything right. I’ve ordered here countless times and they keep messing up simple orders or they don’t even make the order. I had a cold sandwich that was suppose to take 30 minutes to make. I show up an hour after placing the order and they haven’t even made my sub.
