Forgot the pies for 3 fill ups and forgot my sons sauce for tenders. How hard is it! Min wage needs to be lowered

I would give it zero stars if possible. My chicken was raw in the middle and it was every piece! I was chewing my second bite and realized it didn’t taste right so I spit it out and then noticed it didn’t look right either. So I looked at the rest of the uneaten chicken which was clearly NEVER cooked to the proper temperature. I wanted to vomit and I will never go back there or even back to any KFC location ever again! I don’t have a picture only because it happened right before I got a new phone and the pictures were on the old phone unfortunately.

I visit this location weekly. I have not had a bad experience at this location so far. The staff is always friendly and let you personalize your order to your liking. The dine-in area is clean. You do not need to worry about greasy/sticky chairs and tables. I recommend coming in during opening time (11:00am). This is when the chicken is guaranteed fresh out of the fryer and tastes the way it is meant to.

They didn't give me the food I ordered and when they finally did they took the stuff I didn't order back and put it back on there heating trays plus befor that I watched them drop food on the floor pick it up and put it back on the tray when I said some thing he told me not to worry about it when I told them I didn't want the food anymore 2 of the employees told me they couldn't do that and because I complained about the food off the floor I was told to leave and never come back fine with me I don't want food from the floor just want my money back for the food I didn't want after this I cant trust It after seeing what I did I'll have to dispute the charge on my card now

Ordered food from them via DoorDash. The chicken was spoiled and you could smell it upon opening the bag. Tried to call and speak to the manager but was told there was no manager. Tried to call back and leave a voicemail for the owner and number was blocked.

Disgusting. I ordered the chicken bowel. Chicken, corn and mash was drowning in gravy and salty! I ordered here once before months ago. It was terrible then too! This was my last time going there.
Dietary restrictions: Less salty! Maybe some grilled or rotisserie chicken.
It's disappointing a fast food restaurant forces you to get whole meal of you want only 4 or 5 peices of chicken they force you to get the meal if you want that. Can't just order how many peices of chicken you want at a chicken fast food restaurant becausethey can only sell them in groups of 3 peices at a time otherwise... (these places forget that they are a budget quick option and not a real restaurant)

I went to this KFC's drive thru and grabbed a chicken pot pie for lunch yesterday. The staff was friendly. I was in and out quickly. As for the pie, it was good, but I have had better. For the price and taking into account the speed and convenience, it wasn't a bad deal. I like the Famous Bowl better when it comes to KFC.

Went there in the evening, seems like, maybe it was there, kids working, a boy and a girl. Couldn’t speak. One word of English got two of the chicken sandwiches to go had absolutely nothing on it but the chicken patty I have bought these before and they weren’t like this, couldn’t they couldn’t understand my order so I had to park my car and go inside and they still didn’t get it right. I thought the new owners had it nice and clean which they do but this is the second time I have had my order wrong at night and I won’t be back, I thought it made a turn for the better but these kids seem like they don’t care.
