First time ordering this through Grub Hub. Portions are humongous but the food was NOT good. I ordered a piece of cake and they must have given me the one that was on display for years. It was super dry and HARD. The sandwich was like it was dipped in grease, after, it was made. The best part of the order was the can of Pepsi and the seasoned French fries. So sad that someone would even put an order like that together to give to a person, let alone a paying customer.

Stopped in this place (around 6:45 pm) with my girlfriend as we both heard about it and love grilled cheese! (Who doesn't!). When we entered, immediately we were overcome with the heavy odor of pot smoke. I told the staff person there how bad it was and he told me it was because "They had the back door open because the kitchen gets warm and there are always people out back smoking pot and doing coke in the alley."..like it was a "normal" and "everyday" thing. Not what a first time customer wants to hear. I told him he just lost 2 customers and we will not be going back there. Huge disappointment!

Cute little hole in the wall. Very small border line cramped. Ordering from a kiosk that hasn’t been properly programmed and everything is out of stock , but not. Extremely expensive! $17 for a grilled cheese , little high. Homemade chips were good.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience as we did not get the correct order, soggy chips and it was cold. There were others that received incorrect order and were being reimbursed. The kiosk caused dysfunction and confusion for the kitchen staff. Sad as I was looking forward to eating here with all the great reviews.

Food is good , took a little bit getting drinks and then when we got our drink we had no straw smh . We wouldn’t dine in again , too many flies lol . A good lunch spot for sure wouldn’t come for dinner honestly .very empty but no clean tables , it’s almost like everyone knows not to sit down and eat and take their food to go .

Incredible food and the owners are some of the most friendly and down to earth people I've ever met. Highly recommend the Mac Attack and the Empire State Chopper, both are fantastic and delicious.
Definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu.

First time trying Melted Madness and it did not disappoint! We tried the buffalo chicken grilled cheese which was huge and had great flavor with the perfect amount of spice. We also got their classic poutine which had tons of gooey cheese curds that were completely melted. Delicious food and great service, we’ll definitely be back!
THIS is the sandwich you’re looking for. This is what you think of when you want that perfect gooey, melty sandwich. The portions are just right and I like the addition of the soup dipper too. The drinks are tasty and healthy too. Well worth the price. All I wanted was lunch on a chilly day, but now I’ll definitely be coming back for more and telling everyone I know about this place too. Delicious!

First this place is an order and either take it with you or have a quick seat. We took a bit of time to browse the menu and coordinate ordering because we wanted to try everything! We’d each get a sandwich and some lit halfsies. We ordered
Meat lovers The Hawaiian bbq which is bbq pulled chicken with pineapple and cheese The meat lovers The buffalo cheesy clucker with provolone and jack cheddar.
Each came with a side of soup or sauce; we got 1 cheese ayce and the rest were tomato basil soup which was great!
The guys taking, making, and delivering our order were phenomenal and friendly. They made some of the best damn sandwiches I’ve had in a long while. These just hit so right! Highly recommend! Come out and support this business!
