The most unorganized breakfast spot I’ve ever seen. Waited for 30 minutes for a phone in order. Never received it should’ve known by the looks of the place. I’m sure the donuts are good but what an absolute mess get your crap together and respect your customers

I went to the other store yesterday, but I was rushed.
Not sure if its because I got here earlier , but it was wayyyy lests frenetic. Much better parking scenario and the inside is bigger too.
Anyway ,just go to one of them as soon as you can !!!
Oh , and worker peeps were nice too!

I rate any new donut shop by their simple glazed and Neil's are in my top 2 ever. The other is Donut Dip just north of Springfield on Rt. 5. These melt in your mouth and are not greasy (no heartburn). Good size as well. I can see what all the fuss is about.

Neil’s Donuts is hands down one of the best donut shops in Connecticut!
