I rate any new donut shop by their simple glazed and Neil's are in my top 2 ever. The other is Donut Dip just north of Springfield on Rt. 5. These melt in your mouth and are not greasy (no heartburn). Good size as well. I can see what all the fuss is about.

They continue to have the friendliest and most accommodating staff. They are just wonderful! Here's a new staff member, who did an excellent job in training this morning. I advised her that if she continued to be so sweet and tried hard to please the customer, she'd make an excellent addition to the crew! Their donuts are the absolute best donuts- vegan or not- that I've ever had in my entire life, and that says a lot because I've eaten a ton of donuts, ...
