Fran and his wife can make an amazing Philly cheesesteak! As someone who has traveled to Philly this cheesesteak was right on par with what you will find down south. The neon deli is the place to be for a sandwich. I will be back.

Never ever open the hours they advertise. You would think that next to a college campus they would at least be open past 5:00, but instead they advertise open until 7:00 p.m. but no one is there past 3:00 p.m.. it's a huge disappointment because their food is absolutely delicious. You just never get a shot at getting to eating it

I delivered here for amazon last year and the owners are so nice! Every time I delivered they would give me a free drink! Then I decided to get a Philly cheese steak... I can absolutely say it was the best cheese steak I've EVER HAD(and I've tried ALOT of different places) so if you get a chance, then you need to stop here for lunch!

The guy at the front table is always talking and never gets your order right when I ordered my sandwich. I got no toppings on them but paid $26 for the meal. The guy at the counter is also very rude. Very rude so miserable.

Decent place with bottled drinks and some snacks. Pretty limited selection but nice folks run the place. Good in a pinch.

Went in to order a sandwich took about 20 minutes just to get the sandwich plus they forgot to put half the toppings on it. I got a chicken cutlet sandwich with just onions on it and forgot the lettuce and cucumbers. Otherwise the food taste good it’s just some of the people that work there are miserable and just don’t wanna work. And was still charge $16 for it.

What a wonderful local deli in the heart of Middletown! Such a great discovery on our first day there. We were happily greeted by the owners Fran and Cynthia, who welcomed us newcomers to the area. Don't rest on this little local treasure! Get that Philly Cheesesteak!

People were nice but that's it food is terrible ordered a bacon egg and cheese with hash brown, it was ready made bacon hash out of a box uncooked. Save your money and find another place dirty with expired products in fridge. Super expensive

I was in the area for the day but won’t be coming back. Not a fan of the turkey grinder I got. Big piece of Romaine lettuce in a turkey grinder is a no go for me. The turkey meat wasn’t that good quality. One of the worst grinders I’ve ever eaten that I had to pick off and eat.

Great little mom & pop shop. Small businesses like this with the owners working the grill and register that are happy to have a brief chat are what America needs on every corner. Food selection was large and I loved the chicken Philly I had along with the fresh potato salad with egg.
