Waited so long to try OSA culinary and ended up with short rib not available on Valentines menu even it was supposed to be on menu anyway sold out -but host didn’t give a damn after mentioning why it’s not on the menu -his response we don’t sell short ribs -a what ? It was posted on valentines menu when I booked reservation
Instead of short ribs and culinary purées I got
Hanger steak with regular McDonald style French fries -steak was ordered medium chewy...

Very quaint interior but a little loud.
The steak frites were fantastic. Well flavored, perfectly cooked, the sauce was delicious.
Only downside is it took us an hour from the time we were seated to get our food. It took awhile for the waiter to come to us so we ordered our food right away. He did not check on us again and after a long wait we had to flag him down to ask where our food was. I understand if they were busy, but there was no acknowledgement that...

Been here several times before but this place always impresses. Between the food, the service and the atmosphere you will walk away beyond satisfied. Hats off to Chef Josh and his team for always bringing something new and exciting from the kitchen and to the bartenders who have mastered the classics and always have something new and amazing to try. Will definitely be back for more and hope to continue to do so for many many years to come.
