Ordered my daughter’s 4th bday cake from palmieris and it was delicious and beautiful. She exceeded my expectations and will for sure be ordering all my kids cakes from here from now on!

Rachel made the most amazing 6-tier cake for our wedding of 300 people! From the stunning design to the incredible flavor, it was perfect in every way. She was quick to respond, great at communicating throughout the entire process, and delivered the cake to our venue! She took our vision and turned it into a beautiful work of art that wowed all our guests. If you want a delicious, show-stopping cake and fantastic service, Rachel is the one to go to!

Rachel did an amazing job making the cake and cupcakes for our wedding. We had a hard time finding a baker who could capture our vision for the cake and whose cake actually tasted good. Rachel took a lot of time to make sure we got what we wanted and we liked all of the cake flavors we tried. Her prices were very reasonable and I couldn't recommend her enough!

We used Palmieri’s Cakes by Rachel for our wedding cake. She made a gorgeous cutting cake for my husband and I and two sheet cakes for the guests. Our cutting cake was beautiful and delicious and exactly what we wanted! The guests raved about the cake calling it a “10 out of 10”. During the process, Rachel was very responsive and informative and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be working with Rachel again in the future and I highly recommend her!

Rachel made the cakes for my June 2024 wedding for 125 people. We ended up ordering a small cutting cake and a larger sheet cake. Everything was delicious and our guests loved the cake. We ended up getting a cinnamon cake with a whipped cream cheese filling.

The entire process was seamless. Rachel was super flexible since my wedding was in CT but I was living in another state. She worked with me to set up the cake tasting and delivered the cakes the day of. Rachel was also super patient in answering all of my questions and helping me figure out the amount of cake needed for my guests.

Rachel provided the cake for our wedding and it was perfect! It came out exactly the way I envisioned it And not the least: it was delicious too! Rachel was also super easy to work with and easy to communicate. She even offered to do a tasting, which most other vendors I contacted were not willing to do for a micro wedding. I ordered 40 trays of cookies for client gifts and Rachel was amazing! She worked with me to ensure each platter had exactly what I wanted and she went out of her way to wrap them perfectly. I highly recommend working with Rachel, she's the best, and everything she bakes is delicious.Second Review: After such a wonderful experience, I ordered a gender reveal cake from Rachel, and once again she more than exceeded my expectations! She brought my vision to life for my cake and we were so happy with the way it came out. The cake was also absolutely delicious. It was the perfect way to do an intimate gender reveal. You will not regret ordering from Rachel!

Marble cake with American buttercream frosting and chocolate mousse filling was delicious! Cake was fresh and moist. Superb!

Rachel, thank you soo much for the amazing cake you made for my mom's 70th bday. I explained my mom's personality and ideas of what I would like the cake to look like and then gave Rachel carte Blanc, to do whatever she wanted. She absolutely exceeded my expectations, the cake was beautiful and absolutely delicious. If you are looking for a designer cake for an event, hands down Palmieri's Cakes is where it's at. Rachel is AMAZING!!!

Rachel’s cakes are delicious and not overly sweet, which I love! Her chocolate mocha cake is to die for and the strawberry whipped is so light and flavorful. Cakes are beautifully decorated and communication with Rachel is so easy.

We had Rachel make desserts for our wedding and delivered them to the venue which took a lot of stress away from the busy day. The cheesecake was delicious and absolutely beautiful! We also ordered cake pops and our guests couldn’t get enough! Rachel is wonderful. Very accommodating and responsive to any ideas or changes we had throughout the planning process. 100% recommend for your next event!
