After being ghosted by my last baker 3 weeks before my wedding. I was panicking to find a wedding cake!!! Rachel, with no hesitation, SAVED MY DAY! She not only made the most gorgeous cake, it was so tasty. She has the best flavor selections and was so easy to work with. I got compliments left and right from how amazing the cake was.

My daughter in law and I share a love for Winnie the Pooh. For her baby shower I asked Rachel to create a honey pot cake. Wow! It came out amazing ( made my daughter in law tear up) along with looking amazing it was absolutely delicious.funfetti with real whipped cream and Italian buttercream.Everyone wanted to know who made it. Great Job Rachel, I knew it would be spectacular.🥰

Rachel Palmieri made our wedding cake, and to say it was perfect doesn’t even come close. Not only was it absolutely stunning—truly more beautiful than I ever imagined—but it tasted just as amazing as it looked. We chose two flavors: almond cake with almond cream for the bottom tier, and lemon cake with whipped lemon cheesecake cream for the top two tiers. Every bite was unforgettable.

Rachel was a dream to work with: easygoing, incredibly responsive, and so talented. One of the best decisions we made was giving her creative freedom with the flower placement and design—she absolutely blew us away. Her attention to detail and artistic touch turned the cake into a real centerpiece of our celebration.

I wholeheartedly recommend Rachel to anyone needing a cake for a special occasion. In fact, I’m already working with her again to create a custom cake for my friend’s bachelorette party—because once you’ve had a cake by Rachel, you’ll want her to make them all!

Best cupcakes around! We tried Rachel’s cupcakes at a baby shower and our family was obsessed! So we had to place an order for our son’s birthday party and share with others! We asked for dye safe colors because of sensitivities and to avoid a mess at the birthday party. Rachel was accommodating and easy to communicate with. She did an amazing job making our son’s snake pull apart cake and it was a huge hit!

Rachel made the most amazing 6-tier cake for our wedding of 300 people! From the stunning design to the incredible flavor, it was perfect in every way. She was quick to respond, great at communicating throughout the entire process, and delivered the cake to our venue! Rachel did an amazing job making the cake and cupcakes for our wedding. We had a hard time finding a baker who could capture our vision for the cake and whose cake actually tasted good. Rachel took a lot of time to make sure we got what we wanted and we liked all of the cake flavors we tried. Her prices were very reasonable and I couldn't recommend her enough!

We used Palmieri’s Cakes by Rachel for our wedding cake. She made a gorgeous cutting cake for my husband and I and two sheet cakes for the guests. Our cutting cake was beautiful and delicious and exactly what we wanted! The guests raved about the cake calling it a “10 out of 10”. During the process, Rachel was very responsive and informative and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be working with Rachel again in the future and I highly recommend her!

Rachel made the cakes for my June 2024 wedding for 125 people. We ended up ordering a small cutting cake and a larger sheet cake. Everything was delicious and our guests loved the cake. We ended up getting a cinnamon cake with a whipped cream cheese filling.

The entire process was seamless. Rachel was super flexible since my wedding was in CT but I was living in another state. She worked with me to set up the cake tasting and delivered the cakes the day of. Rachel was also super patient in answering all of my questions and helping me figure out the amount of cake needed for my guests.
