Good portions are not equal as I got two poke burritos and one came out with a lot of stale white rice and very little protein and the second burrito had half the rice. The ingredients are not fresh at this location. In addition, the bathroom was disgusting with no paper towels or air drier.

Not sure if a new owner took over, but ordered via Uber eats 7/1/2025.
The bowl brings me back memories of when I first had a pokebowl.
The portions were generous, and all the mix-ins and proteins were thoroughly mixed with the sauces instead of the past few times where they just squirted sauces on top.
I would have to say if this is not under ownership, whoever made my bowl around 12:45pm on 7/1/25 should get a well deserved praise.
I have given up on Pokemoto on middletown and decided to order here on a whim but pleasantly surprised the change in quality (for good)
Definitely ordering more if this is the new standard.

Just wanted to come here to say Ella is a great worker. She fixed my salad to perfection, then recommend delicious strawberry boba tea which was SO good I drank the whole thing before I even got to my car, I almost turned around to get another ! I will definitely be back in. Ella gave exceptional customer service and has a wonderful personality!

it’s pretty good. there’s another post about someone getting a small portion size. i didn’t have that problem. I like that they recycle. They have a a high chair yet the music selection had swearing in it and just wasn’t family friendly or that pleasant. Same with one of the staff and their use of language. But the staff was friendly and did a great job with my order.
They got my order wrong, forgot the rice, wrong salad.
