I don't understand the hateful reviews, what place around here gives you free food for a $15+ purchase!? Want a lousy place go to Party Pizza down the road. Everything was good from the wings, cheese potato skins, and pizza. It was a pleasure talking to the owner Victor, and I would order from here again being a 1st time local.

Nice, homey style bar/restaurant. Ordered a medium pizza for takeout. Came in and it was ready to go and the cook was very nice. Had a free order of potato skins and I was not impressed. They just had cheese and that was really it. Lacked any distinct flavor and was honestly too greasy. The pizza was good though. I like the thick dough. I'd order pizza from here again, but the potato skins make me hesitant on trying anything else.

Order a pizza which when it came it was more bread and sauce little cheese on it. And the order of buffalo wings were hard, barely no hot sauce on it, very disappointing!Called the pizza place back to notify them and was told that the cheese isn’t supposed to be cheesy and you have to ask for more sauce on the wings.Last time I order from there!

I ordered food from here yesterday night and I called today at 5ish cause the guy told me to call at 4pm cause that's when manager comes, and so I called to get refund as the food was really bad mind you I have already thrown out the food since it was last night and I didn't call cause when I checked on grubhub it said it was closed reason I waited till next day, I usually don't keep the food as most restaurants DO NOT ASK FOR THE FOOD unless your there, so I call and the manager ask me questions as to why I didn't call night before and to bring back food told him I couldn't and he said to go dig in the garbage basiclly to get it, as he needs the food to give refund which I never had this issue with other places, so I said if I can't get refund ima be force to do chargeback as I'm very dissatisfied from the food taste, and he threatened me to take me to small claims court and continued argueing with me, so not professional!! Place is horrible ! Food is nasty and wouldn't recommend! Would give no stars if I could.

I have no idea how this place is still in business. I'm not even sure if they're still calling themselves Romas since they have like 18 different names on DoorDash and Uber Eats. Was there for a pickup last night and I seen one cook berating another cook for being an imbecile but then that same guy who was yelling packaged the hot clam strips into the same paper bag as the Cheesecake dessert. When I asked him why he did this his response was "its fine, the clams aren't even hot anyway" ?At that point I gave up because I'm not gonna eat it and it was going to the NBPD anyways...They deserve cold clam strips and warm cheesecake ?To the owner: Your response clearly represents your attitude towards your customers. Your business practices as well as your multiple health department violations is atrocious. Your restaurant is a joke and the fact that you take pride in ripping off unsuspecting food delivery service customers who dont live in Middletown where your reputation is as good as your food.

Do yourself a favor, save some money and aggravation, and make a can of soup!! Terrible food on multiple occasions. Person on phone blames food quality on bad employees. When asked if they would supervise an order, I was told they couldn’t guarantee anything! Have you ever heard anything so ridiculous?? Good luck staying in business! This place really sucks big time!

So for yrs I have loved Roma’s. About a yr ago my order wasn’t correct when I called it was like they made me feel bad about complaining. Recently I’ve started ordering again because it’s under new management and to be honest the fried ravioli is AMAZING and their sauce omg (I’m NOT a sauce person) but their sauce is incredible. Anyways I’ve been ordering wkly again and my order was wrong and because of past experience I almost didn’t call but I did and the owner handled it with such grace so very apologetic and sent me out the proper grinder. I tried handing back the wrong grinder because that’s just the right thing to do and they didn’t want it. Listen everyone makes mistakes it happens they were respectful, rectified the problem and the food is great so in my book that’s 5 stars. I will continue to order wkly especially after the way tonight’s situation was handled! I believe the person who answered the phone handed me off to someone named Charlie thank you for being kind.

I use to love this place. But lately they have been awful , making mistakes after mistakes, when you let them know they don't know what to do.First a missing 2 lt coke on a delivery the guy said he was going to bring it to me, after I gave a cash tip, because they said they don't get the tips if they are in card payment. Then I use the online order ....guess what it was perfect at least the ordering part it allow me to order how I wanted and what I wanted but again guess what they made it wrong. When I called they said "we'll give you the correct order and you give us the bad order"...I was like whatttt...ok you know what just keep the money that I spend today because it would be the last time. They never find an answer that benefits the customer.A family of 8
Stop doing ghost restaurants. If you made better food you wouldn't have to try and trick people into ordering from you.

The food is great, the servers are friendly. Unfortunately there slumlord refuses to fix the AC, amd steals food on a daily basis, make sure you call before dining in as the temperature reaches 120 degrees any time it's over 90°. I'm gonna start a go fund me page so the poor owner of the restaurant who over pays for rent due to loosing at least 40 tables every summer.
