The food at this restaurant' is outstanding! The quality is amazing and flavor combinations are so different but exquisite. Crispy brussel sprouts, Bolognese, mushroom ravioli - all fresh made pasta and pizza! All sooooo good. Can't wait to go back. Oh and their fun cocktails like key lime martini! Yum yum. Bartenders are friendly and wait staff also pleasant and efficient!

It's a beautiful space with lots of seating. We got a pepperoni pizza and buffalo wings. I know boring, but a classic. The pizza was tasty, crisp with lots of pepperoni. The wings could have been more crispy but the sauce was amazing. It was nice and flavorful but lacked heat.

I’m a regular here because I love it! The environment, the food and drinks, and the staff make this place a gem in Middletown. I recently had a small engagement celebration with friends where we also tied in a surprise pregnancy announcement and the restaurant was super helpful in my planning. I recommend Sicily to anyone!
