All good things roofing management

Trying to figure out why my latte orders kept coming out three-quarter cups turns out it’s the way it’s made the guy at the front working. The cashier was great with his detailed explanation of how it’s made. It makes sense that that is why it has occurred a few times just by accident great location good staff.

I went to this location on nov 7 which was the day after the winter menu and merch started. I was surprised to find quite a few of the water bottles that I had wanted to purchase. I grabbed one and ordered three food items and one drink. I told the amazing barista Liam that u wanted to use my rewards for the cup and card to pay for the rest. He said after scanning my account that I had enough rewards to also cover one food item and my drink if I wanted. My total went from $50 to under $20 because he took the liberty to check if I had any extra rewards. Thank you to all the staff at this location and especially Liam.

Overpriced, total rip off, nothing special about their coffee, just paying for the trade name, some of the staff members need to be more respectful and more polite to the customers.

I told them no strawberries and when I got the drink it had strawberries so I politely asked them to make it again, but they just took the ones off the top and im allergic tho the seeds so I had to throw it away.

The older gentleman at the window has to be one of the most pleasant drive-through interactions I've had in a very long time. Quick drive-through times even with long lines at the peak of a Friday morning rush.

I just went in to grab a fast cup of coffee.
Two employees look at me. After 8 min I'm still being looked at and told " I'll be with you". One person sitting.

One employee asked the other something. Did I order? Is he ordering?

After completion of one assignment. I should have been served.

I refuse to spend that much money on a coffee waiting being the only one in line!.

BUYER BEWARE. Not clean. There was dirt/grit in the bottom of my cup, and also in my husbands drink. This was 100% dirt or sand, not coffee grounds. Will not be going back...
