Order a venti iced caramel brulee shaken expresso the girl gave me a small, told her i wanted the big one all she did was dump it in a larger cup and added a ton of ice!!! Cup not even labeled SOOOO RUDE!!!!!

Never had an issue with orders from the drive thru but today I was getting a decaf black coffee and thought it would be faster going inside. At every other starbucks where I've ordered a black coffee it was handed to me with my receipt (since it just needs to be poured in a cup) and then I'm on my way. I waited 15-20 minutes since they were busy and thought they were getting to it, then I asked if they could pour it for me and they had forgotten about it. I was then handed a cup of watered down espresso... I guess getting a cup of black coffee is too much to ask here when everyone else is getting 17 different artifical syrups pumped into their drinks.

We stopped by for a Chai latte and a coffee. The woman who made our drinks was so rude. Definitely not what I expected. She should not work in the service industry if she can't answer a simple question as to which drink was the coffee.

All the negative reviews here are well justified. The wife and I went here on a Sunday morning for coffee the man at the register did not even take our names for the order and proceeded to advise us that our 2 coffees would probably take about 15 to 20 minutes to make. This is the worst run Starbucks that I have ever seen . Whomever manages this establishment should be ASHAMED of themselves and find another line of work!!!!

The drive through staff is always kind and on point! Quick and accurate delivery and pleasant experience every time! I typically stop by on tues and thurs mornings before dropping my pup off day doggy daycare. Thank you for always being awesome!

For some reason, no matter what time you go... 6:45 am...8:00 am...11:00 am they never seem to have what's on the menu. For example, try getting the Apple Croissant or blueberry muffin. I just don't get it. Why is it on the menu if you can't sell it to your customers? It's frustrating to drive a few miles to only be told that early as it is, they don't have what's on the menu when you're trying to start your day. Do better Washington Street Starbucks.

This Starbucks is very hit or miss; there have been times the espresso tasted burnt, they're out of certain ingredients, etc.I came to this Starbucks to try a customized fall drink, and it turned out great, though the app did say they had oat milk and they were out when I pulled up so I had to get whole instead.I got a grande pumpkin iced chai with 1 pump of brown sugar syrup and only 2 pumps of chai. It was delicious - highly recommend!

I go to Starbucks often. I've never been treated so poorly as a customer as I was at this Starbucks. I asked the barista for 2 small dark roast coffees, one cream each. He comes back with large cups of coffee. I asked "is that a small?" He replies "you said tall." I NEVER say tall because I don't know a tall from a venti... whatever. I wanted a small. Anytime I go to Starbucks they understand me, AND repeat my order. All this time, he's treating me rudely and with sarcasm. Then he's laughing at me, shakes his head, and the guy behind me chimes in too! Both of them making sarcastic gestures, snickering, tisking, and shaking their head, laughing. Then he refunds me for 2 mediums, and then charges me again for 2 smalls. After this humiliating exchange, I move to the side to check the amount of cream. There was almost no cream! So I asked another barista for some cream. He puts cream in a cup and all but throws it at me.Got to the car, and the coffee was COLD!!!! I've never been so disappointed by a Starbucks establishment in my life. Such a waste. No class, no customer service. An embarrassment to the name Starbucks.

This is my favorite Starbucks! I used to go daily when I worked out this way. Store is always clean and staff is very friendly! I ordered through the app and my order was ready & waiting for me when I got there. I got 5 shots of espresso over ice... yup... 5 lol! It was perfectly made and had a cute sticker on it! See pic! I also got a blueberry muffin & it was nice & warm!

I ordered an iced grande white chocolate mocha with one less pump of white chocolate.I received all pumps of white chocolate, which made for a bit of a sweet drink - hence the reason I ask for less.The garbage and recycling were overflowing.This location is a really busy location and the times that I have come through drive-thru, they usually stay with a line.However, I do not feel that is a reason for the place Not to be kept up.At any given time there were at least four if not five employees.
