Placed a mobile order for two sandwiches before we head out on our boat. One with light honey mustard and one with mayonnaise. Both came sopped in mayonnaise..one was also supposed to have double meat..both sandwiches were weak. Called the store to resolve it and was handed off to four people..was told I picked it up too long ago, was asked if I checked in store, was told to order in store next time, then after repeating myself 5x I gave up. They didn’t even bother to credit the account or anything of the sort, not even an apology.

At approximately 245pm, I visited Subway today 526 South Main Street Middletown ct to purchase food. The staff member locked the bathroom door, so that my husband could not use the bathroom and it was not out of order. He actually thought it was funny and whispered to his coworker and stated, I locked the bathroom door. This was inhumane in my eyes. This is sad

I was a regular but I'm done with this place, the owner is too greedy and the quality leaves much to be desired. They send me coupons but suddenly don't accept them anymore. Everything is of the lowest quality and small amount which is overpriced to have your sandwich mostly contain bread. I'm going to Jersey Mike's from now on, way better quality and they actually accept their coupons.
Usually have a good experience going to this location. When I called to ask if they were participating in a deal subway was running there was silence and they just hung up on me. When I called again a bit later the phone wasn’t even connecting, they put an access code on it to actually call the store. So they were closing the phone off to customers. Rude.

I placed an online order on Thursday, when my coworker showed up to get the food the worker told her it had already been picked up, that I must’ve chosen delivery. So I took photos of our order and sent them to her. Clearly stated for in store pickup at this location. He continued to go back and forth with her. Eventually they remade our food, however they didn’t even give her the cookies we ordered. Also the food was never “delivered” to the only address provided (home address not in Middletown). Pretty much just an annoying experience and the food didn’t seem fresh. Very disappointing along with the fact that the employee was rude to my friend.

Absolutely horrible service. There were two staff members, both extremely slow. The gentleman in the middle of making a sub decided to stop, refill the lettuce, clean under the pan and in between the holders and continue making the sub with the same dirty gloves. I will never go back there.
