Newbie Alert!!!
I live close and was in the mood to dine in. I rode by and decided to check the website out. I was able to make an almost walknon reservation.
Great signage, and the parking god was in a good mood because I found a spot right in front.
The menu to robust but simple enough that it is not overwhelming. I ordered a NY strip, well. It comes with sides of mashed potatoes and broccoli. After a short wait, out comes this beautiful perfect steak. Well but not burned.. š¤š¾ to the chef. It looked juicy and ready to be sliced into.
It was DELICIOUS. I purposely ate just enough to experience it and to leave space for a dessert.
I selected the key lime tart., presentation is above board. I must say it tasted as if it were freshly made.
The service is AWESOME. When the location is good, parking is on point, food is good, AND the service is great... What else could you ask for. BRAVO T-Bone Prime Steakhouse!!! BRAVO!!

I have eaten a lot of steaks and have never sent one back at a restaurant. At T-Bone in Middletown I sent back two, so it was that kind of night. After waiting about 15 minutes (with a reservation) to be seated, the kitchen had some mis-steaks with our food.
That said, our waitress Ardita was outstanding. She was attentive, kept checking in on us, and made sure we were taken care of the whole time.
What could have been a frustrating night ended up being a good one because of her. The servers were all working incredibly hard, and Arditaās service made all the difference.
Will we return? We are undecided. But if we do, the desserts and the service will be what draws us back. The steak was pretty good too, eventually.
I was here a couple months ago and had a good meal. Service was great, steak was flavorful, drinks were amazing but I donāt think I can say the same about our experience recently. If you are thinking about trying this place or returning; I would advise to put your money someplace else. It was not busy at all but our drinks, appetizers, and entrees all took ridiculously long to come out. Drinks were not great, sides were bland, and steak was so overcooked; not even close to medium rare like I had asked. Food here should not priced as high as it is. Server was unfriendly and did not seem to care about our experience. There is definitely issues with management/ staff here which unfortunately has made the place go downhill. After this I can confidently say that you will have a much better experience and moneys worth going somewhere like J. Gilberts, Capital Grille, etc.

We had a delicious dinner tonight. The filet mignon and t bone steak were excellent, cooked to perfection and served with flavorful homemade steak sauces (horseradish cream, Gorgonzola cream, and brown cognac).
The French onion soup and lobster bisque were delicious as well.
Liana our server was friendly, attentive and very accommodating.

Extremely disappointed. For a restaurant that claims steak is their specialty, you would never know it based on the ribeye and filet mignon we were served. Both were ordered medium and missed the mark completely ā underwhelming in flavor and poorly executed.
The sides didnāt redeem the experience. The mashed potatoes had the consistency of cement, and the mac and cheese was bland and completely unseasoned. The ātraditionalā tiramisu was anything but traditional ā drowned in chocolate and white chocolate syrup and topped with whipped cream, making it overwhelmingly sweet and nothing like an authentic tiramisu.
Ironically, the bread and butter were the highlight of the meal. For the price youāre paying, you can absolutely get better quality food elsewhere. Very disappointing experience overall, and unfortunately not somewhere weāll be returning.
Bread and butter was the highlight here. The filet and boneless ribeye were both mediocre at best. Nowhere near worth the money. Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were bland. For the price they charge there are way better steakhouses around. Tiramisu is also some of the worst ive had. I wanted to love this place cuz its close by but I dont think Iāll be back.

Went today Sunday for happy hour online say 3-5 menu burgers
sat down inside then menu has changed big disappointment
I had high hopes for Valentineās Day and figured it would be nice to try a new local spot then going to the usual high end dining places like Capitol Grille, Flemings, and David Burkes that already do an amazing job⦠boy was I wrong.. this place completely dropped the ball. We had a reservation for two at 8pm got seated at 8:38. The waiting room was so packed and extremely tight, making it uncomfortable just to stand there I had to stand separately from my date because of how cramped and overly crowded it was and hovering over another table as they ate, if I was them I would have been uncomfortableā¦
The staff was very young and came off pretty unprofessional⦠other customers were upset with the service they received yesterday and the employees talked poorly about them in front of us and proceeded to vent to the hostess about how shitty their customers were not being mindful that were there listening to what theyāre saying⦠the waiting list was written on a random piece of paper, there didnāt seem to be any real system for managing the crowd and reservations meanwhile there were three open tables and I asked the hostess āhey what about the tables in the corner those are vacantā she goes those are only for groups of 3 and 4 which I get but why keep them empty when you have a huge crowd of couples waiting at the entrance? worst part is as we waited 30 plus minutes and when we finally got seated they eventually let couples sit at those tables, not that I had asked or anything but anyways doesnāt end there. The hostess was pretty snippy about it as well and I get the idea of groups of 3 and 4 but on Valentines day with a overly crowded entrance? That just doesnāt make sense.
The list goes on 4 of the beers and sodas I asked for was either out or the soda machine was down or āflatā
I ended up just compromising for a margarita which was poorly made and looked not appealing, it looked like a drink I would get out of my college dorm.
Our table was not sturdy it rocked and its a brand new restaurant! Fix the tables
I asked for a Bone in Ribeye and got a boneless ribeye.
The table next to me was told mash potatoes ran out so without asking they brought them baked potato then brought us mash potatoā¦
I would say the ONLY positive thing about our night was our very kind waitress. Me and my date felt bad for her because we know it wasnāt her fault it was whoever ran the operation and we can tell she was sick of having to say we donāt have this and we donāt have that all night to her customersā¦eventually when I asked for the manager she was accommodating as well so thats the bright side as well and the steak when it finally came out at 10:45pm it wasnāt bad but not the bestā¦
Overall, really disappointing experience for what should have been a special night. Definitely wouldnāt choose this place again for an occasion.
Maybe for lunch and happy hour they can succeed.

This place was such a disappointment. Make your reservation for 6:30 but show up at 7:30 because thatās when your table will be ready. We stood there for almost an hour and watched people finishing and getting up but there was nobody to clean the tables and set them for the next guests. I ordered a side and they ran out, instead of telling me in advance they picked a substitute side and dropped it off at the table with my meal. Terrible management.

**long review warning**
I am sad to write a negative review, but I felt there was no other way to express my disappointment. Today, we dined at 3:30pm for a special Valentine's Day dinner, with our little one, and thought going early would allow us to enjoy some dessert afterwards... We were completely wrong! I even tried calling T-Bone three times tonight (from 9:10pm-9:18pm) to express my sadness, but on Valentine's Day I am sure it is still busy, so no-one picked up. So, writing a review is the only way. The atmosphere of this place seems pretty nice, and I think it would be a good for a group day out, especially the bar area because you will be served... but that seemed like the only option to be served here... and the start of our displeasure for my wife and I. Our server Kendra welcomed us and asked us what she could get us and we asked for a minute. Kendra came back to us and my wife, and I figured we should order both our appetizer and main course at the same time to ensure we would get our food, since there was a good amount of people celebrating Valentine's Day, tonight. It was 3:40pm when we placed our full order - Beef egg rolls, NY strip steak w/ sides and Salmon w everything plus mashed potatoes added. Bread is initially at our table, but we also asked for bread about 3 times within a 15 mins span and started to grow annoyed. We finally receive bread around 4:05-4:10pm but this was a strike. We finally get our appetizer (egg rolls) around 4:25pm although we initially assumed we would get everything together, but we were happy to have the app first! Time is now around 4:45pm and, of course, our app is completed and we are pretty hungry especially when seeing others getting their food around us. We ask our Kendra when our food may come out and she informed us it should be ready soon. The time fast forwards to 5:05pm-5:10pm and Kendra comes back to our table and states the food should be out in 2 mins, but my wife and I figured it was time for us to head out. This experience left a bad taste in our mouth and Kendra informed us that our app and soda would be compād due to this wait, (which we appreciated) but being hungry took over so we headed out. Before leaving we made sure to still leave a gracious tip as we were unsure what occurred in the kitchen, but our food never came out, starting from 3:40pm to a bit past 5pm. We felt this was unacceptable. Also, the time is 9:38pm right now and I still called the restaurant twice before posting this review to chat with someone but there was no pick up.. So I am sure they are now slammed but I would not have time to call tomorrow, so here goes the review... We assumed this experience was a 6 or 7pm thing but at 3:30pm - we should have been eating by 4:45pm, at least...

Honestly the steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The sides lack of flavor. Too many servers for 1 table we didn't have that 101 connection

My husband and I absolutely loved this place . It was our 1st time there.
It was worth every penny and worth the drive from Waterbury. Atmosphere was and service was awesome . The owner stopped by our table so nice. The food was to die for . So fresh and absolutely delicious. We will definitely go back. The down fall is no parking lot, street parking.

This place beats J. Gilberts, Capital Grille and any of the local steakhouses I have ever been. Their Tomahawk for 2 deal gets you a huge cut of ribeye with 2 sides, 2 salads, and 2 desserts! Best deal around. Enzo, the owner takes pride in the establishment and will make sure your experience is top notch.
