I went there today and I order to the drive-through I had to wait in freaking line almost hour and a half with a car just ahead of me that's ridiculous and nobody was coming out to at least say there they were running late nothing one freaking hour just sitting waiting for my food when they only have one car ahead of me

The food was delectable and it was cooked to perfection with no mistakes my Baja blast had just enough fizz with the perfect amount of fizz the cheese was EXCELLENT and that crunch wrap supreme bro was SO GOOD
I am so fed up every time I come to this Taco Bell there’s always an issue. I’ve had an issue with rude workers just because I asked him to fix my order that they constantly get wrong. Every time I come here they take forever to bring out the orders and I see so many workers so I don’t know why they’re always so behind whether it’s drive-through whether it’s mobile order whether it’s dining in they always take forever to just bring out food even if I order one thing. My main complaint here is their lack of work effort. I understand fast food is a hard job, especially for younger people however I look up and they’re laughing throwing tortillas making jokes when they really should be getting my order on time and not holding a whole line in the drive-through. I work too. I only get a 15 minute break and I’m a slow eater so when they’re taking 10+ minutes to bring out one order is crazy.

To begin with , no one acknowledges that you are even in the restaurant. They expect you to know that you must now self order via kiosk. They should close the lobby if management does not want to adequately. staff the restaurant ! Food quality was adequate to poor and my order was incorrect. Many customers were waiting and the staff did not seem to care. I don’t know why they just remodeled the lobby ! Overall a sad experience !!!
