Absolutely Horrible service. Waited in line for a Half Hour, and they messed up the order three times. They definitely need new help in this particular Taco Bell!

This location closes whenever they want (20 minutes before posted closing time), twice in the past few months. When you try and ask an employee what’s going on they ignore you, on their phones, talking, smoking cigs. They ignore people in the drive thru. Worst service experience in a long time. I’m happy to get some real authentic mexican for the same price as this overpriced garbage especially if it means quality, consistency, and not driving 20 minutes for a closed store run by who knows.

I don't know how they mess up orders so often. Asked for no sour cream, and no nacho cheese sauce, they still added both, matter of fact they added everything I asked not to get. If this was a one off thing I'd understand but half the time the food is wrong. I get mistakes happen, and I understand they are understaffed. The food still tastes good, however it is disappointing when the food has everything you selected not to get.

I go here every time I go to Middletown. The staff is great and the place looks immaculate and new. I cannot eat a lot of things and am very particular about my order and they always get it right. I eat at the finest restaurants but still crave The Bell. Quiero Taco Bell! BONG! (There is a dispensary next door. I mean, can it get any better?) 😎
