Overall good experience. Nice hotel, very clean.
A couple days after I got home I got a charge for 46$. I called the hotel to see what this charge was for, as there was no mini bar or anything and I didn’t get any snacks from the lobby. I was told it was a “destination fee.” When I asked what this was, I was told it was for the cookies at check in (I for sure did not receive cookies at check in or I’d be on here cheering about it.) and the local restaurant coupons...read full review
1st time here and everything is going very well. Room is spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly.
Not entirely transparent about the charges. I booked and paid for my room . At check in I was told there would be an additional $50 temporary charge for room “incidentals”. After I checked out my $50 charge was reversed, but I noticed another charge for $23 on my debit card. After calling the Inn, I was told that the $23 charge was for Wi-Fi service and for having a restaurant/lounge on the premises.
