They up charge you!!Planned my golden birthday here and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. 1st all planning was done via text. I requested an emailed invoice and they said to just use cashapp which I did. After I told them the size of my group the recommended 2 tables so I agreed and confirmed the price $200 for their HBD pack. And was told to pay $100 deposit which I did via cash app. I showed up late so by the time I got there I was told they couldn’t sit us which I understood and was willing to wait. Once seated things were going well I paid my $100 for the birthday pack. Then a waitress came up to me to say I had to pay an extra $100 for the 2nd table and another bottle (alcohol). (Also half the ppl who reserved didn’t show) so I explained to them that I was told I just had to pay $200 total for everything. I also had 2 guests who came in late that I had to pay and additional $15 for them to enter (this was not discussed in the messages). The waitress approached me several times on this matter so I finally got to speak to the manager in tears because this is a lot on my birthday. He tells me exactly what the waitress told me so I showed him my texts. And he said it okay. After all of that they finally brought out all the things included in the package I paid for and my sign still wasn’t even customized.This was my first experience at this establishment and it was horrible. I wouldn’t recommend having a party there.
I was so excited to bring my friend here for his birthday. When we got there, the decor was nice, the DJ was amazing, and the music was on point. I was disappointed with the limited menu, and the music is so loud that you can’t even conversate while eating brunch. The music could go down a little bit and still be enjoyable. I was highly disappointed when a heavy set man came to our table to sell us vapes….and one of them was broken! He would not reimburse us or replace the vape. Instead, they looked at us like we were crazy cause we were drunk. Drunk or sober - right is right and wrong is wrong. If he sells you a vape, test it in front of him before paying him. Cause he will scam you. Shame on them for even allowing this to happen. Never again though. I hope the $25 was worth the embarrassment cause I was highly disgusted with how he treated us!!!!

I always have a good time here because the music and the drinks make this place. The service is usually slow I don’t know why but it is…. The food has gone downhill in such a manner I won’t order anything but an appetizer because I’m just not. The underage crowd has really gotten out of hand. The vibes are good but if you stay too late the young underage girls don’t know how to handle their liquor and it can get out of hand. I’m really disappointed because it is somewhere I’ve always enjoyed and had fun at but now it just isn’t safe so it’ll be something I remember but can’t subject myself to anymore.Kid-friendliness: They def allow underage girls in there …. And once it hits 11 they don’t have to leave so it becomes the all ages club and these kids these days do not respect anyone at all
It’s ridiculous that they won’t let people in when there’s still 40min left before closing for my friend who was already inside but went outside for a smoke
