Wouldn’t let customers in.. no sign and then didn’t even answer the drive thru.. over paid
After I paid for my food, staff told me they didn't have apples for my kids meals (my kids don't like Wendy's fries). After I pulled away, and then went inside to ask, I was told that they didn't have any more toys for the kids meals. After I left, I checked the last meal and was given a bacon cheeseburger instead of the regular one I asked for. Customer service here is not great - these are things that should be told to customers BEFORE they pay for their food. Definitely...read full review
