had plastic in their pretzel. tried to refund me 64 cents
Pretzel nuggets? More like old pretzels broken up into pieces 🤮 nasty
Quality control needed. Hard and dry pretzels should not be served.

This place looks permanently closed. Seems all Aunt Annie's along 95 service plazas are closed permanently. I have stopped in 9 times at different locations on different days, during the day

First time placing a mobile order for over 50$ I was called back and told the kitchen was closed, this was little over 40 minutes before scheduled closing time. Second order I made they neglected to put the 4 sauces in the bag that I had already paid for and didn’t realize they weren’t there until home. Both time I was not refunded. Pretzels are good but the quality of the staff is meager to say the least. Won’t be continuing to pay for products I don’t receive at this location.

I know from past experiences this isn’t a cheap treat but today was told because they ran out of cups I had to buy the larger size pretzels. I refused and somehow the young man working figured out another solution or perhaps he upcharged me in the end. I should have gotten a receipt but he didn’t offer one either.
The pretzels were really good. Cheap ones as well and highly recommended making a quick stop on the shopping run.

Went to this location with my little bro. terrible customer service from all staff. Very rude and the pretzels were dry. Only thing that worked out and turned out right was little bro was happy. I advise everyone to go to Danbury Auntie Anne's. Worst national pretzel day in the books.
The pretzels are average for Antie Anne, but they seriously short change you on the large pretzel bites.
Cashier girl is very helpfully when you don’t know what to order . And friendly with the kids ..
