Bella Napoli was spectacular! From the minute I walked in Chris greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. Jacob seated me and waited on me and his energy was infectious. I ordered the white Hawaiian pizza, and it was absolutely delicious! The best pizza I’ve had in CT aside from the major New Haven locations! Please come check Bella Napoli out, this is worth your visit!

Good tasting pizza but the crust needs to be cooked a little longer to give it that nice New Haven style firmness. The pizza prices are reasonable compared to some of their competitors. They made a mistake on a recent multi-pizza order and gave me a free extra pizza. They make a gluten free pizza as well.

Went too dine in with my two kids they’re mom & my niece, we believe in tipping our servers but just too be transparent tipping is always OPTIONAL not MANDATORY, if the workers get upset over that then maybe having the manager/owner add a % gratuity fee too bills over a certain amount of people should be applied, no need too make smart remarks or comments that makes unneeded reviews like these & leaves a bad taste in our mouthes for ever coming back.. the food was great and the service was great but you can’t always expect customers too always tip.. in my situation we had JUST ENOUGH TOO COVER THE BILL OF 75$ no cash just Apple Pay, we ordered one Sicilian pizza a plate of 12 wings and sodas with chicken tenders, as we’re cleaning off the table and assorting too make the clean up easier for the server I get hit with a comment by a older looking gentleman that’s was our server @ around 3:45pm, was your wife upset with the service or anything?” And I respond no the food was great why did she say anything as my kids mother is standing a few feet over and he responds in a smug way “No Tip” and walks off. We would’ve came back too eat here often but that was enough too make a good experience turn sour and make us never wanna eat here again. If any one goes just make sure too bring the servers a tip so they’re not cleaning off your tables with attitudes or just order take out & ask for paper plates cups & utensils & dine outside and serve yourselves. Skip they’re servers..

They’re great people everybody who works there, I’ve been going to this place for years now and it definitely has the best pizza sauce I’ve ever had. Plus their White potato pizza is amazing!

Food was great. The waitress looked stoned though and wasn't attentive at all to our table. She didn't bother giving any utensils, napkins, straws, anything. Never checked on us once. She sucked.

I had high hopes for this place, especially since it came recommended by the front desk at my hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was a huge letdown.
This cheese pizza was honestly some of the worst I’ve had, if not THE worst. It was delivered to us at room temperature, the crust was dry, and the whole thing tasted overwhelmingly bitter, as if every herb in the kitchen was used on this pizza.
Moreover, it was way too heavy on the Parmigiana Reggiano or Pecorino Romano cheeses, giving it a putrid scent. It gave the impression that it had been made well in advance and just sat around. I couldn’t even finish a slice, which says a lot.
I also ordered the tiramisu, and that wasn’t much better—it was still frozen, which made it hard to enjoy. At the very least, it should have been properly thawed before serving.
The one bright spot was the person who took my order over the phone was friendly and helpful. But overall, the food just didn’t live up to the recommendation, or my expectations. Definitely disappointing.
We had a Greek salad, and a regular small pie with meatballs and roasted red peppers. The crust was thin and chewy; just right. The small pie was the perfect size for two of us, along with our salad. The salad was huge, so part of it is going home with us. We dined on a nice outdoor patio, which is much appreciated because our dog was traveling with us. Bella Napoli has been added to our list of places to dine while traveling.

I do not recommend these guys. Pretty shady business/management (joe/jeff)... Attempted to order 7 pizzas for a birthday party for my 12 year old daughter. Was given a price by one manager. Only to be lied to by the next manager the following day when trying to order. After several phone calls and multiple attempts I finally went with another company. Beware. I'm shocked to find such a dishonest approach to a business that has been in our community for so many years.
