Called for a burger & soup and was told “10-15 minutes”. Show up 25 minutes later and don’t even think they had started making it yet. Stood there for a good 5-10 minutes and walked out. I’m sorry but you guys clearly need more help in that kitchen, because that’s unacceptable.

Consistently rude service, over the phone or in person. Delivery service poor. Mediocre food. Not worth going to or ordering from. Maybe it was a great takeout spot at one point in time, but the place would not survive if it had to re-establish itself now.
